Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am not too sure about that, but one of the advice she gave is one should prepare ahead financially, before going to Luxembourg and not fully rely on working jobs for some of the reasons she stated. Please weigh your options well before deciding. There could be jobs but language restrictions might be a big problem as she noted. Another thing is that the University of Luxembourg might have student jobs available (most universities do this) but I am not sure it is guaranteed.
Thanks so much for the video, ma'am, it's been helpful. But please, I didn't hear her share any information on bank statement(s). Does Luxembourg visa or study requirement demand a block account like some other European countries?

Can I use documents legalized by the Austrian Embassy to apply to Luxembourg?
Hello, I am not sure of this. But if you mean your original certificates that have been legalized while you attempted to apply to an Australian institution, then I think you are good to go. But to clear your doubt, you can reach out to the University of Luxembourg to ask before you apply. Remember to attach a copy of the document when making enquiry.

When I come in to the country is it possible for me to get other cash on hand jobs to meet of with my tuition fee balance and I also heard of one is morethan 27 Year of age the person is only allowed to work 15 hours even when school is on holiday please how true is that .
Hello Emmanuel, thank you for reaching out. I recommend that you have your tuition all ready before travelling, and that was what Faith mentioned in the video. Even if you get to work during the session, it is just for 15 hours. And from what I have heard, even at 27 years old, you can still work for 40 hours. I have read online that there are two minimum wages; one for graduates and a lower minimum wage for non-graduates. So if you are a graduate doing an unskilled/menial job you will be paid a higher rate, or the lower rate if you are not a graduate.
I have just checked online for an update. The minimum monthly wage for unskilled workers in Luxembourg as of February 2024 is €2570.93 euros per month, and €3085.11 euros for skilled workers. The hourly minimum wage for skilled workers is €17.83 euros per hour the website says.
