- A remake of this beautiful piece by Thomas Bergersen from the Album "Humanity Chapter I".
I made the best I could to recreate the original sound, except for the guitar part which is out of this world, but it is probably too late for me to learn and perfect tapping technique.
Recorded using Cubase Pro 11
Sample Libraries:
Jaeger Brass
Jaeger Merethe Soltvedt
Symphony Series Strings
Areia Strings
Damage 2
Ethno World 6 Woodwinds
Ilya Efimov Uillean Pipes
Storm Choir
Noire Piano
Modern 80's Drum Kit by Dom Sigalas
Retrologue 2 synth and synth bass
Lovely......

amazing job!
What a masterpiece!
Glad you enjoyed it.
This is really good and very similar to the original! You chose excellent sound libraries, and you have great ears to pick up everything! This is one of my favourite Thomas Bergersen pieces! You did the guitar part very nicely 😀 Instant subscribe!
@@JamesHickey. thank you for your kind words and glad you enjoyed it.
This fills me with chills and joy the same way the original does, such great work! 😃🎉
absolutely nailed this beyond reason, a breakdown on how u captured thomas’ sound would be incredibly helpful
Listening to this again. hard to believe the amount of details you got covered. wow
Absolutely lovely.
That electric guitar solo was insane!
by far the cleanest mockup i have ever seen. subbed instantly. lot to learn and steal probably from here.
Thanks for the kind words, glad you enjoyed.
Epic...
Somehow I missed hearing this when you posted it 2 years ago. It's a beauty Vicken. I love the instrumentation.
Thanks Janet, it is the genius of Thomas Bergersen
This is So underrated 🔥
Big respect for that solo and all work 🤍 Very good plugins here :3
Fantastic work on this mockup Vicken!
Absolutely Amazing...
No doubt: a great one.
I couldn't differentiate this from the original piece with my ears! Great mockup
Awesome - as always
c'est juste magnifique
Really amazing job!
Absolutely great!
Very beautiful, iI love it! ❤
Very nice Vicken.
Another masterpiece!
astonishing!! Great Work!
This is toooo good!!
Great mockup & guitar playing!
It does still show how despite getting all the elements (strings, brass, woodwinds, vocals etc), how much of a difference there still is in terms of depth and details. Not to take anything away from your achievement though, Thomas had 2-3 decades to perfect that stuff :)
This is really very good. Much hard work. Thanks :).
Sounds so good, i haven't heard this one before, you have done a wonderful job.
Thank you Serouj, guitar part was the most challenging
@@VickenIshkhanian I would love collaborate with you and add guitars in my single in the future!
Of course
It's from Humanity (Chapter 1)
what a great mockup, very well done!
Sounds awesome bud!
No way. This is awesome!

Perfect
Super 💙
This is so awesome ! Keep doing this
ohhhhhhh Wooooooooooow
OMG ... O.o
Outstanding job ^^]
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it
love it :)
Thanks for listening
Great Job on the track. I also tried to recreate this track, but I don't have samples I only used some base sounds. You can find my version somewhere on the musescore
Now it's on youtube on my channel. I tried to recreate guitar solo in the most accurate way, but few last bars are off I think, because I couldn't hear guitar well
How did you make Merethe sing so high?🤔..This is great! Love watching these covers!
If I recall I recorded it within the range of the instrument and used pitch shifter in cubase up 6 semi steps, thank you for listening
@@VickenIshkhanian That's great I do it the same way..I thought you somehow repitched everything in kontakt but this worked great for you in this track..One more thing, Can you please tell me what kind of bass are you using in 0:45, is it just a regular bass recorded by yourself or is it some kontakt instrument? Thanks a lot!
@@jurapuclin Electric Bass and sustained Dbl Bass Strings
@@VickenIshkhanian Thanks a lot! ☺️
Somehow I like this one even more than original, much more details,
Thank you for listening and the nice compliment, I really put a lot of effort to details until I can't handle it anymore.
@@VickenIshkhanian That must have been hours and hours of work. Respect for the awesome voer version!
