Pretty neat trick! Another way to do the same thing but with a caveat is the "audition" feature. The caveat with that is if the two songs are not identical lengths/synced, there won't be a perfect sync when switching back and forth..but I noticed most lyrical/instrumental songs are usually exactly the same length and synced. What I don't like about this method is that you can't assign audio roles or have the multicam clip underneath the main timeline unlike the audition clip. Not a huge deal but now there's 2 ways to do this and both can be used. Great tip man. Love your work bro!
Just noticed another issue with the audition feature: After you make a cut and try to switch back to the other track, it will start the track from the beginning, which makes this way unusable...so scratch that idea haha! Looks like your way is the only way.
