That looked like an awesome time. FYI the Wafels and Dinges made me go a-googling and I found the "Dinges" is pronounced like ding-gus. Dinges is Belgian slang for "Whatchamacallits" and "Thingamabobs" In this context it refers to the toppings.
Love the spice! Thank you for doing these videos as I know they can be pricey as a foodie content creator myself. How do you feel about Eataly? My first Eataly experience was in NYC back in 2012 and it was unreal but this was when it was relatively new to North America.
Oh yes it’s epic!! I love love Eataly but in NYC I don’t think it’s a must stop unless you’ve never been.HOWEVER, they now have an epic rooftop at the NYC Eataly which I will say is worth stopping by. It’s just $$$ generally (but overall I do love it haha) there are other spots in NYC for amazing Italian goods so if you wanted something a bit more mom and pop, you can go to other shops for sure
