why put raguel in myrica? stat rate cut raguel only effect in weap '-'

If you read the description it does an auto attk on weapon only the rate cut works on all equipment it doesn't have any conditions that video is kinda old and since i lost my main account i never had a chance to update current gear and stats for rate cut but that set is prety good gets the job done

Yes but paladins have the skill divine aura you get like 30%rc so pretty much u can compensate

@@ellvir4iruna528 well doesn't take hp on sp sword i boost your atk by alot and def. it if you dont have divine aura skill yet 3 eyes will hit you alot so you need to use gear with rate cut abilities

just a nub question is oath a pt aoe skill? or some kind of pseudo aoe
Sumi Rah the oath is not a party aoe it can hit a single target or 5 max wen you do guardiannyou can hit 3 enemy at same time if you use oath it will hit all the monster they are attacking you onle the ones are target
oh thx for the reply ..so i guess its same as makibishi skill of ninjas that only hits the one actively targetting u ..but still its pretty awesome if u can kill multi targets with just 1 oath ^^
how much rate cut on add and rate cut on spec?
Shinigami Hetsuke youe nee like in all minimum of 35% rate cut and wound helps alot sinces have def
on my mayrica slot i use raguel gives 8% atk 5% rate cut plus ratecut abi im not sure if lv 5 gives 5% or 10% but abis helps
