6:42 when you mention that you can't give bonds. You can, but you need to log on the fresh account on RS3 and give the account the bond on that game and since membership is across both RS3 and OSRS it works.
Closing in on 20 years ago now, I used to smuggle out iron arrows from tutorial island. You could drop the iron arrows you received from Vannaka, ask for new, pick up, repeat. The problem was the mage, he would take your items as you completed and were teleported out from the island. The workaround was buying 1 month membership, as when you ran out of membership, your account would automatically be teleported to Lumbridge. This way I would keep all my "illegally obtained" iron arrows.
So could someone theoretically make a macro that spam talks to the wizard and drops runes then picks them back up to create a rune pile, then smuggle the runes off the island instead of the shrimp with a huge abundance of mind/air runes, then go do strong hold of security and buy themselves a fire staff, then splash damage to 99 all as an iron man?

Don't tell me you did this fairly recently... My tutorial island locked account I made for fun got macro banned while playing on mobile.. i did try lots of weird stuff like chopping every tree, burning logs at rats cage and picked up bones for 45mins for 3 prayers .
