This was supposed to be how to do a tune up, not how to figure out what's wrong. In a standard tune-up, you just replace these cheap-ass parts. If it doesn't work, that's a whole new video. Also, way too tight on the spark plugs. 13 ft-pounds is hand tight plus a little. That's how tight a spark plug on this model should be.

Just cause you cleared the codes doesn't mean they won't come back as soon as you put a load on the vehicle ( meaning you drive it ) .... And there is no amount of miles required to drive to reset the monitoring system's, they either set or don't set once conditions have either been met or continued.

No need to replace fuel filter because it is inside the gas tank. It is a lifetime filter meaning by the time the gas filters needs to be replaced, then it's also time to replace the fuel pump at the same time.
It took you 22 minutes to replace the air filter WTF takes me 35 seconds to replace it wtf are you soing with a screw driver forcing things in thats not how you do all this plus spark pugs way to tight owners manual calls out for 22 foot punds and if the radiator cap is not original aint the one you putting on aftermarket aswell
That model civic has a notoriously shitty stock air intake. Go back and look at the screws, they're all rusted. He should have put a $100 short ram intake with k&n filter. Much easier to manage and improves air flow anyway.

What if the car is clicking and takes a bunch of key turns to turnover the engine? I changed spark plugs problem still happening.
May be a battery on the verge of dying or a weak starter. Have the battery and starter tested.

You can't replace the filter by itself you have to replace the whole fuel pump assembly. Runs about 300 bux.

Yes there is one. On my '02 Civic it's serviced easier from underneath the car.
