yeh case diagram bna dein plissss The sale process starts whenever a customer reaches at shop and order to purchase any item or list of items from the shop. The customer asks for quotations of various items. The salesperson checks the items present in the inventory or ware house and informs the customer about the quotations. The customer selects some items to purchase and renders order for them. The salesperson prepares an invoice or bill of those items sold and gives it to customer and customer pays payment and leaves with his items purchased from the shop.
