Right now, I’m out Nordic walking as part of my recovery from a hard race simulation workout. Yesterday was an intense session-pushing for nearly 2 hours over mixed terrain, including concrete and slippery surfaces, which really worked my stabilizer muscles. But today, it’s all about active recovery and ensuring my body is ready for the next challenge.
