A version of this has definitely been used when you fight the Covenant Remnants. This one cuts off sooner, maybe it's a test-render for dynamic combat music that was just left in? There's several versions of Revival that I haven't heard much of - one being an epic version playing just before you make the leap to try and intercept the Didact, another for the terminal scene where Didact's Prometheans are laying waste to Flood fleets.
This potentially could be a leftover temp track they made for development before bringing on Neil Davidge. It seems to have all the elements they wanted from the score but be kind of a rough sketch to pitch to a new composer.
