Your sheet metal is deburred and ready for the final processing step? Then we have the different solutions:
Workpieces with a directionless grind are particularly flexible to use, as the surface has no defined grinding direction. This finish can be created by eccentric grinding. Wheels with diagonally slotted flaps are especially suitable for this surface finish.

Especially for sheet metal such as stainless steel, the line finish is the most popular surface finish. Fine-grained standing abrasive belts, which always move in the same direction, give the workpiece an attractive line-shaped surface structure. The line length can be influenced by adjusting various process parameters such as cutting and feed speed.

Smooth, shiny to high-gloss mirror polished surfaces can be achieved by polishing metals with the right tool.
Polishing can be used to achieve various optical, mechanical and haptic requirements, such as gloss level, wear resistance and dirt resistance. Typical polished workpieces are found in the automotive, pharmaceutical or furniture industries.

In the final processing step, mainly abrasive fleece, abrasive cloth and felt tools are used as endless belts or rollers. In manual finishing processes, the result and reproducibility depend to a large extent on the operator. For machine finishing, the machine must have the appropriate adjustment options (e.g. stationary abrasive belt).
