Florist here! 🙋♀️ I actually really loved the spongebob bouquet. Lots of texture, a beautiful contrasting color palette, and really fit the maximalist theme. The only change I would make is to very slightly shorten the blue delphinium (maybe an inch or 2) so there’s less green stem visible. Also, the grid is difficult at first, but as you start getting more stems in, the flowers start holding each other up, so don't stress too much in the beginning. You can always adjust later. Barbie was definitely beautiful as well, with an analagous color story. The peonies stole the show, but it definitely felt more minimalist than maximalist to me.
Yall could collab with Alexandra Gater! That would be a really fun mashup! A Graham and Rochelle battle would be super fun!! They're both so talented!!
I would LOVE to see Graham and Rochelle work together. They are so crazy talented. Both of them are like "Hey, I found a cheap way to make this gorgeous thing!"
Alexandra does weird stuff and is not great. She literally ignores what people actually want done and does garbage makeovers. She just makes tons of money off of ads.
I did floral design for years and while both of them were beautiful, the spongebob was more balanced, but like I said, both were beautiful. Like all art, what appeals to one person may not appeal to another because it's so subjective and personal. Love the workshop floor stuff ladies! You all seem so relaxed. B&K, you should be so proud of the brand you've created because I know we are.
I would have voted the sponge bob one. I personally would also have pinned that one as well. I feel that bouquet had more elements to it. I get the minimalist appeal for the Barbie bouquet design. But in retrospect. Bouquets for a special event tends to be more lavish with appeal and fullness. Just my opinion. However, I enjoyed watching this episode nonetheless 😅. You ladies are extremely talented. Thank you Sorry Girls team for amazing and creative content. ❤
I would love y'all to interview everyone on the team explaining what they do for the sorry girls and giving some examples of their work and how it makes the teams's content better.
YAY! That would be epic, the creativity in that video would explode! Love her and seeing her with The Sorry Girls would be so exciting to watch, because I am sure they'll have so much fun together
I love how loose the concept is. It's just hanging out together with cool people and following inspiration of the moment for a topic. It truly feels like hanging out with friends! And I'm quite competitive too, I'd have fought for my bouquet no matter what 😂
I gave my (then) Bf flowers on our first date and when he moved in to his first apartment, and he didn't know how to react. Tbh he doesn't really care about flowers but he kept them for literallll months just because he loved the idea so much. He still has one flower safely stored away
I love this style of videos . Yall all together working n being silly but doing something fun ! It gives more of yalls personality as a group and I love it
New favorite series!!! Love this so much! Also first time I saw Rochelle’s tattoo I thought it was based on that mural!!! Note on wedding flowers…you can donate your florals post wedding to senior homes, shelters, etc! And love them both but loved Spongebob more. It hit the maximalist whimsy theme more to me than the other, but both beautiful! Also…the “peppers” im pretty sure are a Buddha’s hand!
My sister-in-law and I both did fake flowers for our weddings, highly recommend. You get to keep your bouquet that you spent so much time and money on, bridesmaids can keep theirs too. And I decorated my house with the rest 💐
From floral background. Harder to do ikebana with negative space in a wide mouth vase. Could use a kenzans of curly willow not just a vase grid. A good way to aid a bent bloom for a short term fix (better to replace but when like doing an event and no replacement) is a green stick and floral tape, or wire and floral tape. Definitely recomend using a base of greenery like italian ruscus for linear, or seeded eucalyptus for sweeping shapes. Stripped seeded eucalyptus also makes a good kensans. Another trick is to use a sturdy stem like the thistle, crespedia, hypericum berry, cut with and placed with a taller spear type with a wispy stem like the snap dragon or the delphinium. One of the closed bloom arc florals is a freesia, super fragrant when open. Would love to do a flower workshop with y'all. When the swap eas happening I was just like use the callas behind you, the orchid is so tropical for under the sea. Y'all make great choices on balance keep making florals and greenery challenges you'll pick it up. Maybe buy some good victronox knives and ask a florist for a knife lesson. (Buy some flowers or offer to fresh cut a bucket of roses in exchange for the lesson.)
Just saying I think you guys are a good space to also learn floral tools, we do use scissors or pruners too. It just stood out to me as a skill you might enjoy. I think if you were trying to do all around with lots of negative space ikebana style then Barbie was doing that the proportion of coming forward around need only a little adjustment to make more sense. Both were equally charming!
Traditional ikebana vases are v shape and you like fan stack or clump. However so are broad shallow dishes with pincushion kensans. At this point every vase is an era of ikebana, but part of the veggie balance thing is in reference to the vanishing point of the v shape vase only this is like a thimble vase which is unique to this artist in this relation of balance.
I actually love pink and pink flowers but I think the SpongeBob theme bouquet tourneys out more sophisticated, whimsical and nice, AND more original also, which maybe should have been one of the categories 😉
The Spongebob one is my fave all around, it nailed the theme and it was fun. Barbie dance party was an opportunity to do so much. It was a gorgeous bouquet it just fell flat on it's theme.
For a sustainable wedding hack I decided to have (realistic) paper bouquets and my table florals were faux Billy buttons I made from felt balls on floral wire. It was way cheaper and I got to keep and reuse them, and still have them in my home decor 5 years later
I had a friend who crewed for set up and pack down of a famous person's wedding. She took all the flowers and had a flower stall on the side of the road the next day. The flowers got a second chance, and she made more money than working the actual wedding 😁
Love this, amazing job! But I feel like the second half of the theme got lost: housewarming vs dance party! Does that play a role? For the housewarming, do we take into account the colors in SB's house? Food for thought 😂😉
The SpongeBob one should’ve won. That was a beautiful bouquet. The Barbie one had the upper hand yet the bouquet looked meh. The SpongeBob one was more imaginative.
There is a place for both. Using the bouquets when doing final touches could have been a fourth category. As far as maximalist goes peoniebeonies was more maximialist. As someone who loves pink I would never say no to Chrysanthedaddies bouquet, but if I had to choose the peoniebeonies bouquet fits my decor more.
I personally liked the Chrisanthadaddies bouquet. I like the more traditional look of florals and more cohesiveness between all the colors. I think you should invite me to join you on the workshop floor because I think you all are awesome and it would make my year if I could meet you guys and participate in an activity with you. ❤

No the SpongeBob bouquet was so beautiful. My personal winner.
same
PBs for the win! So whimsical!
100%
I agree SpongeBob for me.
Same❤
I liked the sponge bob arrangement better, but they were both beautiful! ☺️
You guys are floor-ists 🤣
Yes to the masculine bouquet 💐
What experience do you have?
Rochelle stays quiet.
Later, Rochelle: Can I steal a ranunculus from you?
Everyone: ???
Yall could collab with Alexandra Gater! That would be a really fun mashup! A Graham and Rochelle battle would be super fun!! They're both so talented!!
Actually before covid they planned to do colaboration, but don't know why until now there is no update.
I would LOVE to see Graham and Rochelle work together. They are so crazy talented. Both of them are like "Hey, I found a cheap way to make this gorgeous thing!"
YES!!!
Alexandra does weird stuff and is not great. She literally ignores what people actually want done and does garbage makeovers. She just makes tons of money off of ads.
@@CaliMel184 how? Her makeovers always fit what the recipient wanted.
The sponge bob bouquet was definitely the winner!
Bring a cartoonist in as a guest and do caricatures of one another.
love this! we do have a paint portraits episode planned 👀
Oh yes, that would be fun.
Probably my new favourite series on this channel
we’re having so much fun with it!

The sibling/cousin energy in this video is sooo good. And the format 🤌🏾

Definitely spongebob, colourful, whimsical and beautiful 😍 ❤
I would love y'all to interview everyone on the team explaining what they do for the sorry girls and giving some examples of their work and how it makes the teams's content better.
THIS
Yes please
Spongebob bouquet 💐 was so beautiful 🤌✨ i would love to have it in my home.
I’d like to see DIY Danie on your show, a really creative challenge would be amazing!,
I just watched her latest video. She's so fun! ♥
I love Danie. She is so quirky and lovable.
I 100% agree
Yesssss!
YAY! That would be epic, the creativity in that video would explode! Love her and seeing her with The Sorry Girls would be so exciting to watch, because I am sure they'll have so much fun together
Both bouquets were beautiful but I think the Spongebob one just had something more exciting!
Cuties ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Reminiscing about Becky's wedding was an added gem 🎉
I really liked the SpongeBob bouquet! The use of various heights and colors is great!
Both were beautiful! I mean, you can't really mess up flowers when they're already so beautiful to begin with 😊💕
Straight facts
I vote for Spongebob!!
I love how loose the concept is. It's just hanging out together with cool people and following inspiration of the moment for a topic. It truly feels like hanging out with friends!
And I'm quite competitive too, I'd have fought for my bouquet no matter what 😂
So fun to watch you interact with one another. Both arrangements were lovely. I love the variety of flowers that you used.
Both were winners but in different ways. Really LOVE the Workshop Floor series!
Seeing the girls on Saturday feels like seeing your teacher outside of school! Such a pleasant surprise ❤
I’m loving this series. Seeing you ladies interact is fun. I love both but Barbie was definitely the most Pinterest worthy 😊
I gave my (then) Bf flowers on our first date and when he moved in to his first apartment, and he didn't know how to react. Tbh he doesn't really care about flowers but he kept them for literallll months just because he loved the idea so much. He still has one flower safely stored away
LOVING this new series!!
I am loving this new series. I enjoy the interaction between all of you.
I love this style of videos . Yall all together working n being silly but doing something fun ! It gives more of yalls personality as a group and I love it

Kelsey’s reaction to 14/30. So shocked but hiding a laugh, so good!!! Very fun episode ❤
How fun!
Whimsicalness=Whimsy!!!!
I love both arrangements and think you ladies did a great job. I would say that my personal favourite is the PeonieBeonies, by a smidgen. ♥♥♥
My sister-in-law and I both did fake flowers for our weddings, highly recommend. You get to keep your bouquet that you spent so much time and money on, bridesmaids can keep theirs too. And I decorated my house with the rest 💐
Loving this series ❤ so much fun!
Rachel and becky are so chaotic! I love it 😂😂😂😂
I love this channel i never get bored of watching your videos ❤😊
Barbie party for sure.
Enjoying this new series, very fun

Sponge Bob arrangement was the clear winner!!! Gorgeous
As an og sorry girl i love how much you gals have grown and i am inspired and motivated by that with every video you post! . Love you all immense! ❤❤
this means so much! Thank you for being here
I'm also kind of an OG fan too. I've also been impressed by how much they've grown ❤
This was so fun! Loved both them all, as I love anything with flowers!
Both teams did so great, both bouquets are pretty 😍
The way I GASPED at the snapdragon moment and proceeded to not breathe until I could pin one on my wedding board. Hell YEAH!!!
I love this type of format where I see their chemistry with each other🥺💕 love it🥹🥹🥹
I loved the SpongeBob bouquet ❤
I really need a collab with Alexandra Gater team, like Graham vs Rochelle, pleaseeee
perfect timing!! I had decided to arrange my mother’s day bouquet’s myself this year! It was definitely challenging, but totally worth it!
Loved the SpongeBob but Rochelle had me at the speech of Barbie , but you ladies are so talented
Loving the new Sorry girls cast and so glad to see you all collab in one video
There's an artist in Lithuania who only makes (or used to make) bouquets only out of veggies and fruit. Really cool as well.
Loved this chill, more unscripted and natural vibe! Ill be tuning in every week :)
I loved the SpongeBob one! But I love anything SpongeBob theme
I instantly thought of the Tangled Rapunzel flower! 🌸 Also SpongeBob family bouquet for the swim (auto typo I kept in) 😂 so happy and whimsy!!
Rachel being an instigator the whole time was so funny to me. I love her humor!
They were both nice, but I loved the Sponge Bob one. It was unique and whimsical. So pretty. The Barbie one was pretty, but not overly exciting.
What a great idea. Love the new from the workshop floor. Y’all are so talented and clever ❤
I actually love pink and pink flowers but I think the SpongeBob theme bouquet tourneys out more sophisticated, whimsical and nice, AND more original also, which maybe should have been one of the categories 😉
Sponge Bob bouquet was perfection❤
no answer- both winners- different theme- different flowers- 🥰
The Spongebob one is my fave all around, it nailed the theme and it was fun. Barbie dance party was an opportunity to do so much. It was a gorgeous bouquet it just fell flat on it's theme.
I'd love to see DIY Danie as a guest 😊
Would love to see Austin on the floor!
They were both beautiful.
The bouquet came out so beautifully artful 💐
For a sustainable wedding hack I decided to have (realistic) paper bouquets and my table florals were faux Billy buttons I made from felt balls on floral wire. It was way cheaper and I got to keep and reuse them, and still have them in my home decor 5 years later
Loved the snap dragon part 😂 i didn’t know that. It’s so cute 🥰
I love this serie ! Really chill, entertaining, and so nice to see all of you in one video :)
Looove this new series ❤ Would be SO awesome if you invite Mia Maples, her and you guys are my comfort-youtubers 💕
Peonies are my favorite flower, so the Barbie bouquet was the winner for me.
I had a friend who crewed for set up and pack down of a famous person's wedding. She took all the flowers and had a flower stall on the side of the road the next day. The flowers got a second chance, and she made more money than working the actual wedding 😁
Bring in flower treasure !! She is an amazing local artist
So happy you've started this series!
This video was so wholesome 🥰.
Love this, amazing job! But I feel like the second half of the theme got lost: housewarming vs dance party! Does that play a role? For the housewarming, do we take into account the colors in SB's house? Food for thought 😂😉
Originality, playfulness, color balance/contrast, well-thought-out. All my thumbs up for SpongeBob arrangement *****
SpongeBob bouquet literally was arranged inside a WATER AQUARIUM such a great coincidence
What?? I loved the spongebob!!
What do you think about other creators as guests? Becky’s laugh is infectious.
The SpongeBob one should’ve won. That was a beautiful bouquet. The Barbie one had the upper hand yet the bouquet looked meh. The SpongeBob one was more imaginative.
This is such a fun segment!
Spongebob bouquet for the win. Both were cute though!
DIY Danie and Alexandra Gater. Both Toronto based.
Loving this series!
Love Becky's shirt ❤, love the challenge of floral design, can't wait to see what happens next.
OMG giggling over talking snapdragons was A-Dorable! I loved doing it growing up with snapdragons in our garden.
Ya"ll are so funny together, I was laughing the whole video
There is a place for both. Using the bouquets when doing final touches could have been a fourth category. As far as maximalist goes peoniebeonies was more maximialist. As someone who loves pink I would never say no to Chrysanthedaddies bouquet, but if I had to choose the peoniebeonies bouquet fits my decor more.

I've bought my husband flowers before and he loved them
I’m a florist & the trick to grid arranging is to crisscross the stems to anchor them 😅
I love this new series!!
The irony of the sponges being behind Rachael’s head the entire video is chefs kiss
another awesome episode, loved the competitive fun of this one! Can't wait for more :)
So fun!! The snapdragon bit was so silly. Spongebob won for sure!!!
Also yes please to the Austin bouquet video idea.
I love this series! It's so fun 😁
Becky being the Jim Halpert of From The Workshop Floor. That eye contact with the camera 👏
Would definitely pin the spongebob bouquet. Loved it so much! 😮
“Literally?!? Sit!” 🤯🤣🫣
