Great new series! I didn't know this was coming out, and it's right up my alley. I collect and paint the Kaiser's Army 1910.
Now, if Prins August would only expand its 54mm Seven Years War Prussian line to include cavalry, and subjects from the other major powers...

Oh we will have other European powers like Britain, France, Austria-Hungary and so forth in this series. Even the USA.

@@princeaugustcasting Ah, thanks, I meant, the other major powers in the Seven Years War, particularly the French, Austrians, and Russians. There are plenty of Prussians out there, but not as many of their opponents. Cavalry molds would be welcome, too. But I recognize that there might not be enough of us who cast and want to cast the Seven Years War, to make it profitable to add those subjects to the 54mm SYW catalog.

@@theBaron0530 If you are referring to the older PA400 series of 54mm Prussians, then that range has not extensions planned at this time. We have 40mm scale SYW moulds which have all that you asked for including cavalry. As we adopt the new technology of 3D design and printing, we can expand our ranges like never before.

@@princeaugustcasting Thanks! Yes, I've got the 40mm molds, too. They make nice wargaming figures. But I cast and paint mainly in 54mm. That's why I'd like to see more molds in that line.
I use commercially available castings, too, like those from Tradition, Puchala, Imrie-Risley, and old Staddens, among others. But there are so few figures of Frederick's opponents, and even fewer cavalry figures, available on the market.

There's just one small problem with the German officer figure. You've molded him with a sash over his left shoulder. I suspect that whoever sculpted the master looked at images of field rank officers who were noblemen and who had been awarded orders such as the Prussian Order of the Black Eagle. But the vast majority of officers-at the platoon, company, battalion, or regimental staff levels-wore no such sash. So we have to decide whether to go to the trouble of removing it. Otherwise, the figures have very nice detail.

Please email us with some data on historical accuracy and I will give it to our sculptor to review.
