Bro you realize thats like if a jew listens to erika? I mean your germanic (not the same as german, germanic its a family of lenguages) and the romans killed them and considerated em all barbarians

@@Redemon270 Your comment is completely risky because there is nothing strange about a Jew who listens to Erika. Erika only tells a love story in her lyrics. The Germans subjugated themselves to Rome when they decided to create the Holy Roman Empire. And also when Germany decided that the HRE is the 1st German Empire.

@@Redemon270 Not really, Barbarians were not ethic based; it was culture. Barbarian just mean someone who dosent speak Lingua Latina. If a german were to speak Lingua Latina then they were no longer a Barbarian and were to be a citizen of Invicta Roma. Maximinus I was a German and served his Imperatorship from 988 AUC to 991 AUC.

Julius Caesar was a master tactician known for his adaptability, strategic planning, and use of fortifications. If Caesar had faced Hannibal at the Battle of Cannae, he likely would have approached it differently from the Roman consuls who led the actual battle.
    1. **Use of Fortifications**: Caesar was known for constructing fortifications to control the battlefield and protect his troops. He might have built defensive structures to negate Hannibal's strengths, forcing him to attack a well-defended position, similar to how he managed his fortifications during the Siege of Alesia.
    2. **Choosing the Battlefield**: Caesar often chose the battlefield to his advantage. He might have avoided direct engagement with Hannibal in the open plains where Hannibal's tactics were most effective. Instead, he could have chosen terrain that hindered Hannibal's cavalry and favored Roman infantry.
    3. **Strategic Withdrawal**: Caesar was not averse to retreating or maneuvering to gain a better position. He might have withdrawn strategically to force Hannibal into a less advantageous position, stretching his supply lines or forcing him to engage on less favorable terms.
    4. **Splitting Forces**: Caesar was adept at using divided forces to create opportunities. He might have used a portion of his army to harass and delay Hannibal while positioning the rest in a fortified camp, or he could have launched surprise attacks to disrupt Hannibal's plans.
    5. **Psychological Warfare**: Caesar understood the importance of morale and psychological tactics. He might have used deception, feints, or misinformation to confuse Hannibal and create opportunities for a decisive strike.
In summary, Caesar's approach to the Battle of Cannae would likely have involved careful planning, fortifications, strategic positioning, and possibly avoiding a direct confrontation until he had a significant advantage. His flexibility and innovative strategies might have changed the course of the battle dramatically.
