There is a video I just added that will explain about the Osnaps and Polar array questions. If you have time check it out. I’m looking into the grid lines.

If you type in Options in the command line, you will get the Rhino options pop up. Not really sure how to set the grid lines thicker or even if that is possible. But you can check your settings from there. Go to Document Properties and under there you will see Grid Click on it. I have mine with all Viewports on. Grid line count set at 20. Minor grid lines spacing at 1.0 mm. Major lines every 5 minor grid lines and Show grid lines on, Show grid axes on. Show world axes icon on. Grid snap, Snap spacing set at 0.5mm. If this doesn't help you might want to contact Gemvision tech support and see if they know how to make them thicker for you. Sorry not more helpful but that one I'm not real sure of and I don't want to give you bad advice. Hope that helps. Thanks for the comment and support.
