This comment is with my personal experience. I bought mattress and pillows from flo mattress and the products are very good. But the cost is too high when compared with other company in same segment. The customer support is literally hell. It took 2.5 months for one of the product to reach me. When I raised request for return, they took 1+ month for sending packing material. After sending the packing material, its been around 2 months and I still didn't get my refund. They will not respond to our emails and calls.

Tracking id shows a box of 190x 45x45 is on the way for delivery but it's weight is 0.1 kg.( 100gms). Even empty box should weigh more than that. Not sure what will be delivered tomorrow. I don't recommend to any one. 100 days trail is just bogus. They do not take the product return. What they will reply to you is Your address is not Serviceable for pick up. I wonder for delivery it is not a problem. But for return they do have service issues. And they also ask us to move the product to serviceable pincode. Is it kind of joke?
