数年前に、着色料を使った琥珀糖とリンゴを使った琥珀糖をお作りになられたと思います。また、ひだまりさんから見て『この果物は琥珀糖には不向き』と思う様な具体的な果物系があれば、教えて下さい。実のところ、ずーーっと琥珀糖を作ってみたくてウズウズしていました。
