Every time I see her, my eyes well up with tears and I get good goose bumps like the spiritual kind, and of all the zillions of inspiring things she's said, for some reason one of them hits me hardest and it's so simple, she was a little girl when she said it, at the end of one of her videos the last thing she said was, "Just do the best you can." It brought me to tears and one day it pulled me out of a deep depression and It was like an angel lifted me out of bed and I immediately went back to school and was able to finish my semester because of that simple thing she said.
Same here Angela...
Could you be talking about the end of her TH-cam Special documentary where little Claire says "Just try... you know? It's all I ask." :) Sorry, I'm exposing the number of times I've consumed this girl's content... in the long-form content of that video, she was actually encouraging us to 'try' and find a cure for CF, makes it even more heart-breaking.
The fact that I can miss a stranger i've never even met..
This woman was wise beyond her eons.
Is she? Nobody denies that life can change radically in a year, but her somehow claiming a life of an 18 or 19 is just as complex as someone who is 100 is most of the time, not true at all. It's very very rare for a 100 year old to have done less, experienced less, and had less impact than a 19 year old. There's also an inherent bias here, where she lived a short life and she knows that's what's going to happen, and is claiming a short life is equivalent in complexity than someone who lived until 100. I don't mean to dismiss her impacts, but people really ought to think about what she says and why she says it.
@@BadMannerKorea If you listen to her words, she says it's not necessarily the case that age correlates to [significant] experience. There is infinite potential in any one part of life, such that 1 year could have X times more life in it than 10.
She says it is not "necessarily" the case, that an older person will have experienced more "life" than an 18 year-old. You may be right in saying "most of the time", but what you've written and what Claire is saying are easily reconcilable...
It's a valid point and it's not dismissing of her point... but it's interesting you want to draw our attention to what and why she says what she says, seemingly beyond this short. Do you have an opinion about her, generally?
@@mubeenreminders7220 She clearly stated it's "very false" that a long life is more complex than a shorter one.
@@BadMannerKorea Watch the short again and ask yourself if her statement is more on the absolute side or more on the "it's not necessarily the case" side. I hear the latter. If you hear the former, then I guess we just interpret it differently.
@@mubeenreminders7220 You are getting hung up on the word “necessarily”. That word is irrelevant to her later claim that it’s “very false” and also, she said the word “necessarily”, then stuttered and rephrased what she was going to say. She quite clearly stated our ideas that a long and healthy life is more complex is “very false”. And that's obviously the case because she's talking about how she did a lot in a short amount of time, AND how if you zoom in on someone's life it can be complex.
Claire was wise beyond her years. Wisdom of an old soul. She made the most of the time she was blessed with. She blessed others while living with an incurable disease. Kudos to her parents also. They raised an inspiring young woman! They were willing to share her with the world, even though they knew their time together was short. A very inspiring young woman and her parents!
The world is less beautiful without Claire in it, but her memory has planted seeds that will bloom forever and hopefully make the world a better place. You are stronger and braver than I could ever be. Rest in peace.
Beautiful soul.
I miss you!!!! Wow has it been this long?😢
I miss Claire
She affected me more than I could ever imagine she would have. I miss her and her wisdom.
It's been a good minute since I've seen her videos pop up... It feels crazy to miss someone I've never met, but Claire was such a light, and her legacy still lives on.
She was a Beautiful Soul….

Whenever I need a fresh perspective on things I still come back to Claire’s videos. Love that they’re still releasing videos and celebrating her birthdays.
It’s beautiful she had the life she did, and felt this way about it
She did more than most, and I wish I could have known her before she passed. But she's teaching me something that I definitely need to work on. God bless you Claire thank you!❤

I miss this woman it hit me immensely to know she was born the same year only 8 days apart her being older and the things she went through I don't know how she got through it I feel a little sad knowing I'm alive and feel fine but who knows I could have a problem right now I don't know about yet and may not know about for years or I could be perfectly healthy I wish she was able to have more life she gave so many people who would have otherwise given up hope there are no words such a sweet Woman so sorry she's gone.
I hope you're doing okay ❤

I wish you a happy life, not a tiring, miserable life. I advise you to read the Qur’an, especially Surat Al-Baqarah, and to continue it for 41 days. Be patient, and God will heal you, with His permission. Our Lord, and many people have gone and lived. This life is in the hands of God Almighty. You do not lose anything, so trying it is the best proof. I hope that God will heal you sooner rather than later, and I hope that you commit to it. In the name of God, and shake Islam, and I hope that when I am healed, you will preach to me, may God heal you and keep all harm away from you, my sister.
Spoken like a true protective bourgeoisie.
