Beautifully done, Heather! There are so many great attributes of Columbus that many may not know, and you've highlighted them here. Great food, friendly people, and amenities for every lifestyle.
Wow! What a hidden gem. Reminds me of a town out of Gilmore Girls. I didn’t realize towns like this exist! Love the small town feel plus the fun events and things to do.
I’m getting stationed at Ft Moore and was wondering what part of Columbus I should live in. I heard it’s pretty ghetto. Kinda used to the ghetto since I lived in L.A but if I can avoid it that would be great! 😂
You should check out Fortson. My cousins moved there and it’s very nice. Small town feel, everyone is really friendly, very affordable too. Definitely not ghetto.
@@spawnandbatman6975 I live in Fortson as well and from base you’re talking about maybe 23 minutes commute because it’s straight highway down on interstate 185 South. Depending on where you work it could be an additional 5 to 10 minutes once you’re on base.
Yes, crime is present in almost every large town and Columbus is the 2nd largest city in Georgia. There are areas with higher levels of crime, but I have lived here my entire life and never have I been concerned for mine or my family's well being. Our community is very spread out and there are plenty areas to settle in and call home without having to worry about your safety.
Thanks, as someone seriously looking into Columbus, your video is one of the most helpful.
Glad to hear it! Let me know if you have any further questions and I’ll see how I can help.

Yoo Heather!!! Way to start your youtube channel in the realty space💯🎊👏🏾
Nice. But I hear that crime there is pretty bad. Is it one of those places where you can avoid the crime just by staying out of certain areas?
