It was really good actually having the viewer questioning you during the game, when you've been playing the game so long it's easy to forget how a less experienced player sees things.
Actually thinking about the game makes it play better. If you question everything and actually think about it you can make better decisions instead of dying to obvious jungle ganks etc just cause youre on autopilot. But often its hard for me to focus
This was a very good video to gain insight into your real time decision making based on the map, I will use what I’ve learned in this video to improve my own gameplay, thank you Professor Ddang 💙
Such format is actually awesome. He explains all and there are a lot of interesting questions. But man idk, watching such games it seems so easy. When I play and I try to farm, all lanes are pushed, even jungler or supp takes the farm, i have no where to go. And if I appear somewhere to shove, theres suddenly malphite and noct ulting me and i die. I wish this guy watched me play and coach me lol
Love your content. Keep it up. Explaining situations are so helpful and having a low Elo ask questions can really help aswell. Can you do a kaisa video? 🙏
I'd personally say up to gold MF, from platinum to emerald Vayne/ezreal (they're more independent) and from diamond onward you will possibly start having nice supports, widening your choices and making dependent champs like jinx more viable. You can also choose meta picks (they change often)
Ddang recommends Varus in his guide (i think it's this video) th-cam.com/video/9lYCyxrZENQ/w-d-xo.html but he mostly preaches learning every ADC since we have the smallest champ pool anyways and ADC picks have to be flexible due to the nature of a 2v2 lane and team comp synergy
we know he is good, didn't grasp why this is a guide: don't miss cs have 9-10cs/min, grab mid farm at 14 or before baron, keep pushing, get ahead then farm everywhere before fights until you are feed enough to carry by mechanis
04:15 i never get it. Hes top player but even he does it. WHY he lets them deal free damage into Mao? Why not attack them? He just literally watches them melt him
If he gets autoed once by Ashe slow there he will have to burn flash or most of his HP, killing the gank opportunity. He also had a single bullet and needed reload. What does risking that accomplish? He’d be trading as one guy into two ranged champs. Mao already burned his cooldowns overextending, is half health, and is slowed. It’s 100% a loss to extend the trade there and will prob end up either burning sums, or getting too low on hp to safely cs after the gank. Instead he times an auto while she’s mid animation and hits W to stall for his jungler. She ended up having to burn flash and they gained an advantage.
@@Boogalyhu He could use the 4th shot for Ashe, soon he had W. He could make some pressure. Why would he have to flash when slowed by Ashe? It's not like she's fed and can kill him in 1s, they are lvls 3. They burned their spells too. But what I missed is he backed off because he started autoing minions in order to get lvl 4. He healed them with heal, they got lvl 4, Maokai gained some more HP, Jhin also, and that's when he started attacking. So it was the main reason why he wasn't attacking them but decided to kill the minions. Right after it he engaged back. If they didn't have opportunity to lvl up I believe he would keep fighting. For some reason I didn't notice it and thought he acted like one of these noobs in my lobbies who just randomly farm and ignore the enemies who are melting me down.
@@PinkeySuavo If he trades autos and gets slowed by Ashe, he’s taking autos from 2 ranged champs while reloading. That means he’s half health and still slowed by the time he can even auto back. Not worth it at all for hitting Ashe to just 3/4ths. Gives them the chance to flip the 2v3. It’s a general principle to never trade autos while both the ranged support and enemy AD can hit you back. It’s mathematically always a losing trade unless you also have your support hitting the enemy AD/have kill or zoning pressure. Just let your engage supp make the mistake overextending and at least you’ll be able to still farm. I didn’t notice the lvling either, he played that so well.
@@Boogalyhu I only wonder if it's better to lose some hp/flash saving ur support or letting him die and giving enemies 300 gold Ye the lvl up play was actually really nice
@ He lived tho. It really isn’t, as an ADC you need to ensure your ability to farm. Maokai needed to ensure his own safety and not over extend too early before gank. Worked out for him though, bought time for jung without telegraphing, so maybe it was calculated.
I suggest trying to pump out some videos for higher elo players. Shouldn't you want your viewers to be growing alongside you? Imo u have too many low elo content anyways.
define high elo we choose to not translate high elo since 95% of players are below diamond on the bell curve, and beyond that I think ddang considers anything below masters low elo so that means in his head he's gearing his tips towards the 99.32% of players that he considers to make low elo mistakes
@@ProfessorDdang the thought is cool and all but the numbers just don't add up. Very fundamental stuff is the only thing that can be relevant to such a huge widespread playerbase. Repeatedly talking about fundamentals only like this will teach the viewers nothing more than that. It starts to become irrelevant past a certain point (mid emerld or so) for a lot of people because they are simply hearing things they already and do every game. A flow of new players is nearly non-existent at this point in league as well and the ones who still play are getting better and better, which makes you guys work have less value. I hope that you can get ahead of the curve of other educational content creators in league because i like this channel.
Maybe some more advanced macro plays are for higher Elo. But higher elo's is much the same as lower they are just doing the right things more often and being consistent.
I love how frequently we're getting blessed by you, Professor. Highly appreciate your work

Thanks so much professor!!
Thank you Sensei
I'll have to rewatch it a lot, can we have a guide with Vayne as well?
That would be awesome!
thank you proffesor dang
That's the video i needed
cutdown > coup de grace on runes
cdg good for %missing health power
Jhin being more on the assasin kind of things
Are u sure? If Jhin has already huge missing hp damage, isnt it better to deal more dmg when enemy is full? If theyre low they are executed anyways
that was clean ngl
Isnt freezing also good like you can get all ins ganks and deny xp and cs from zoning you they just have to have lower wave clear to keep it.
Very helpful!
idk ive been prefering shiv over collector atm, been having great success
Would be nice to have some diamond games and see how he play there

What was this elo on the vid?
@@PinkeySuavo gold plat
20:54 OH SHIT
Was morde really T1 Zeus or was it a lower elo game?
where can i watch him live stream? i live in usa btw
Same question here
The viewer's reaction is so funny
Where can I find his discord ??
Every time I try to go mid my mid laner just stays there and fights me for CS idk what to do in that situation
Go bot or ask him to go bot
Go to side if it’s safe/vision. Farm jungle if not. If no camps are up, follow a play maker for picks until options A and B are available.
