Hi, for under eye dark circles, I would highly recommend using a orange colour correcter underneath your normal concealer that matches your skin colour. I have very bad under eye darkness and this is the only method that works. Sorry I'm not Asahi-san but I hope this helps =)
Main points she made : moisturizer with sheen, spf, 5-in-1. primer under eyes and on nose. Foundation on in 5 dots, pat in, use a pink-toned concealer to cover dark circles and colour on lids. Set with clear powder, especially T-zone. Use pencil on brows where there are no hairs and to thicken slightly.Recently fuller brows are popular. Using 166 brush apply powder on top of penil. Use excess powder to brush through front. Coloured gel blends it all. That's all I could fit in the message, sorry!

You can become fairly proficient in less than 10 years for sure, especially if you study a little everyday. Of course living in Japan for a little while certainly will help - I am at the moment! I just dont like how the models face is already flawless withou makeup, sometimes is nice to see how the product works on very trouble skin! I mean any product will work great on a already perfect skin!
