Yeah no. I'm not going to be like other commentors who give you empty praise. This video was clearly rushed. Stop trying to rush out an episode every single day. Not. one. single photo. Of. The. Arcade. Cabinet. You didn't talk about the development of the game, any of actual Sega staff who were involved in the game's development, or it's reception in arcades. Complete rush job. All you did was talk about subscribing for the first part, then rambled about gameplay for 9 minutes. You could have done much better than that and you KNOW it. You did a game that I played often a disservice. These videos are not supposed to be "fast food" that gets pumped out each day with low quality. There is much more you could have and should have done for a review about this game.

Timmy didn’t make it because the paramedics have been drinking!
@@VideoGameEsoterica I'd love to see someone make a Drinking and driving PSA with footage from the game staring little Timmy that creepy looking scene would scare anyone straight, seriously though I have to try the "stretcher" mode I never knew about that it looks hilarious
I’d watch that
@@VideoGameEsoterica LOL little Timmy didn't make it a few more times tonight, massive bleeding and respirator failure.... Shun Di is a horrible EMT Timmy will fair better on a Sarah or Akira night
Timmy is in the great beyond
Ok, a few years old but still a good example how to manage this game:

9-1-1 IS A JOKE!
Sorry, I can't help but sing that song every time I play this game lol
😂
A game where the sirens are on non stop is not for me.
Haha that’s fair
You can set the volume of the siren under the test-menu.
Or just turn it off too I believe
I love that you have to get the President of the USA to the hospital safely. The President, who looks suspiciously like Bill Clinton! 🤣
I mean when you are the best arcade ambulance driver around...you get the hard jobs!
Yeah no. I'm not going to be like other commentors who give you empty praise. This video was clearly rushed. Stop trying to rush out an episode every single day. Next time focus on QUALITY over Quantity. I played this game all the time in arcades, and I say this game deserves a better video from you.
You didn't even talk about the actual arcade cabinet. Not. one. single photo. Of. The. Arcade.
Lol ok. Whatever you say. I decide what I want to talk about and that’s not the physical cabinet. It’s the gameplay
And don’t speak for me. You don’t tell me what I know. I do that for myself
It’s his channel, man, geez. It’s not a public service. VGE, try not to feed these boyos.
Haha I can’t help respond sometimes. Everyone thinks they know better than I do what I was trying to do
I think I kinda agree. Video Game Esoterica made a few good videos. But I think he rushing them out now maybe he thinks it gives him more subscribers by rushing maybe? I mean how can you talk about the arcade game without even mentioning the arcade cabinet? One picture would have been cool. Sega makes unique arcade cabinets but he dont even bother showing the arcade cabinet. Even other people in comments mention it.
