This was filmed in a small town called Masku. Which is located in the province of Western Finland just north of Turku.

Not 100% sure about the wheels but if I remember correctly the golf had: Rotiform RSE 18x9,5" and the Jetta:
WCI CAST SY10 18x9,5"
