INGREDIENTS
Green chillies big sized - 100 gram (8 to 9)
peanuts - 4 tablespoon
sesame seeds - 2 tablespoon
coriander seeds - 2 tablespoon
cumin seeds - 2 teaspoon
fenugreek seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
dried red chillies - 5
coconut powder - 3 tablespoon
onion - 1
oil as required
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
few curry leaves
ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
red chilli powder kashmiri - 1 teaspoon
tamarind - 30 gram
jaggery - 1 teaspoon
salt as required
coriander leaves
garam masala powder few pinches

Anyone needing a “ mirchi ka salan recipe should follow this recipe and you will not only be happy but embrace it with a wholehearted thumbs up for future use. The ingredient quantities are perfect so the results are perfect I tried this last night and we loved it .
