I’m reminded of the phrase, ‘a stupid man’s report of what a clever man has said can ever be accurate’.

    Summary :
1.Inner nature of human can't be changed.
    2. Those who show don't have it and those who have it do not show it.

It is said that a person’s basic character is already formed by the age of four. That being the case, it is as Schopenhauer said worth while to strive to be better intellectually and morally. The problem however in many cases is that by the time the necessary experience is gained, it is too late to take practical advantage of these improvements. It is a situation in which the ship has left the harbor and we are left behind.

Social media - people showing off means they dont actually have it (why would you show off otherwise). The other way is that social media is now power

Didn't social media start with the television set as the main thing in the room from most families. And also the older generation enjoys the visceral response of making someone just as uncomfortable in person and now there's a gadget to do with, no?
