It’s absurd to hear that for North Indians language is a problem in Kerala when a South Indian goes to north they don’t complain about language especially when it is difficult to find ppl to speak even in in English .. learning a language takes effort , if one think Hindi is a language every one is supposed to know then it is just language chauvinism..
People shouldn't complain about food . It is better in Kerala than foreign countries for Indians. We Malayalees will adjust to any food, climate and culture. When I left to study outside Kerala, in 70s first it was bit difficult. Then started enjoying Manipal food. That time no continental foods. But we had students from many countries. I didn't like Delhi mess food everyday morning bread and egg. Lunch was rice, roti , dal , one veg always mixed potatoes and curd also fruit. Dinner we had mutton and one dessert..
Why Trivandrum is best? Clinics is Priority TOP for medical studies. Patient density is highest in Trivandrum. Patients come from Kollam to Kanyakumari. Students see maximum number of patients in Trivandrum. Faculty ranking is top in Trivandrum. Academically Trivandrum ranks top. But Trivandrum is the southernmost point in Kerala.

GMC Kottayam mila hai to apka score bahut high hai like 670+. You could have got admission in your own state...

Should i take the round 2 or round 3 cut offs of colleges as a reference for my chances?
Actually it depends on ur marks and rank da because every year cut off is fluctuating so honestly we can't predict but yeahh just for reference u can check for round 2
TN colleges have notoriously negligible seats in R3. Dont use cut off marks for preference. It does not make sense because of the algorithm.
