This may sound weird but it's nice to see such a prolific writer like you also have a "take it easy" summer. I'm here for it!
Yeah haha I’m trying to lean more into taking it easy these days. I realized that I can still produce work regularly without having to be “work, work, work”
You saying you are not motivated makes me feel like I am not alone. There is something about the spring and summer I am unmotivated especially the summer. Fall and Winter I don’t have these issues. Winter - cause I don’t want to go outside at all. I love your vlogs so real. Love your transparency. But so happy your series is a trilogy. That is amazing 😀😀😀😀🥹
I’m glad because you’re not alone! I agree that summer is extra hard for whatever reason. The heat hit and suddenly I don’t want to do anything 😂 but I agree that I’m fine in fall and winter usually. And I’m so excited to do my first trilogy ☺️

Lol yes for the sale splurge! I’m always haunting those sales to see if I can get games on sale. I refuse to pay full price haha. And yes Cult of the Lamb is so so fun. I’ve been loving it.

Thank you!! And yeah, that will not be the case with these books haha. The competition is very prominent and throughout the whole series because I’m like that too. If I’m sold on a competition book I want lots of competing and training and stuff

Omg this is vibes what I’m writing now: vibes of Arcane and battle scenes and Dark Academia. Maybe battles a little different vibes, more group battle scenes. I am too close to the project, so can’t tell yet how bad it is 😂 Also large cast, I get it. I’m deep in the edit process right now. Will be looking forward for your book to land.
Ahhh I love it!! Those vibes are just immaculate. And I’m sure the project is not bad at all. I always find that my writing is much better than I think when I go back to it. But yeahhh that large cast is so fun to have but so difficult to juggle 😩 I hope you’ll enjoy the book once it’s out!

Finally read Tender Beasts it was wonderful I think the character I relate to most was Dom cause I always felt like I didn't belong in my own family
I’m so happy you liked the book! And I’m glad (but also not glad because not feeling like you belong is tough) that you could relate to Dom and his journey in the story. I really liked writing him even though I was also very mean to him 😅

EDIT: also House Flipper!!! I love to have that game up in the bckground while I'm picking at writing, I work best when I can flip bakc and forth between things and House Flipper is the PERFECT game for it. Highly recommend house flipper 2, it has SOOOOO many nice quality of life updates and the campaign mode is REALLY fun.
Yes!! Truly the best tv soundtrack I’ve listened to since the Euphoria soundtrack, and really that one is just a Labyrinth album 😅 and omg I want to play house flipper 2 SO BADLY but they don’t have it for the switch yet 😭😭😭 once they do I will be purchasing it immediately
Did I miss a video when did you get a film agent I love that for you. Your videos make me motivated to write my own novels! How do you keep all these projects organized so you don’t get lost in the sauce? Have you ever written the wrong name of a character in the wrong project?

And I’m so happy my videos are motivating you! It helps a lot if I’m just working on one project at a time but I’ve had lots of experiences where I just totally forget the name of a character 😅 but thankfully I have character sheets so I don’t usually write down the wrong character in the wrong project. Not unless they’re really minor.
