you mentioned that due to the low temp “this reel holder for the drum is not really sturdy” what is the reel holder for the drum? what effect does it boy being “really sturdy” have on the the processing? thank you!
I meant what sometimes holder for the drum just falling of and it can tilt drum which can cause undeveloped film with small volumes of solutions. Hope it helps 🙏
Hey Aleksandr, thanks to your videos i also started RA-4 color printing. Only had an old Durst M700 BW enlarger without color head. So I designed an LED head incl. a controller and first prints are great. It's utilizing RGB as an additive process instead of CMY. Thank you for the inspiration! Did you try the Adox and Tetenal RA4 kits? Do you like one better ? I am using the Adox kit at the moment. Keep the wonderfull work up!
LED head should be great! I think both RA4 kits exactly the same, i still have TETENAL in stock, I'll try adox later 👍

Really beautiful! Can I use Durst M605 for black and white enlarging? Is there any setting to switch from color to black and white mode?
Yes, you can, i also have videos on channel for that. If you using variable contrast paper probably it will be not enough to get full spectrum pf filtration, but should be sufficient. But for standard black and white you can just remove all filters with one knob
