Seaknight REDFOX baitcaster review and bass fishing!

- I just recently got this brand new baitcaster from Seaknight called the REDFOX. Here's just small review on it. I wasn't able to catch anything on this trip with it because all the bass I caught were caught using weightless senko on my mono line. I had 65lb braided line spooled on because I was hoping to get some topwater action on it but that didn't happen. Next time I plan to change out the line to mono and finally break into it. You make it look easy. I only use casting reel from a boat by releasing it out easy behind the boat. From shore I tend to get bird’s nest a lot. I need more practice. LOL. Tight lines. 👍🙏🎣⚒

Thanks Troy appreciate it bro. Yeah its a really nice place. I totally forgot it was barbless and only 1 pole only. But the action was really good once I found where they were at. Plan to go again soon.

Yochai my man I usually start with the highest I'm here go from there and kind of work my way down the higher it is the more tension you put on the knob to school I mean anyway keep it up man

Duf, walk up to the edge and release the fish like someone who cares about the outdoors and fishing!
You should polish that brake mirror , otherwise the brake pads WILL MELT. Lost 2 in 30 minutes. Then replaced with 2 from the other spool. But only time will tell - the chinese plastic and even the brass on the mirror are nowhere near the shimano's.

How hot was it out there?
In the morning it wasn't too bad but once it hit 11am you could feel the heat. Ended the day by noon.

Yeah its pay to fish. I believe $5.
Try to clean out the bearings they might be too greased up, make them dry, use hot soap and water, or degreaser and then soap them in soap n water for awhile.
I'll give that a try. But from what the company said. Its normal for it to make that noise.
Yeh it's pretty normal if you're cheap-o tackle producer who doesn't want to spend the extra production step of POLISHING THE GODDAMNED BRAKE MIRROR. You can do that yourself by the way- it's not rocket science.

wow that reel sounds awful, SeaKnight = Cheap China fishing product, a fishing reel should never sound like that, don't waste your time on that reel pretty sure from the sound of that its already given up.
The maker said it was normal for making that noise. It's probably irritating to some. Or maybe it might have been caused from me backlashing too much. Lol. I'll give it another test run and see how it performs again. Thanks for your comment really appreciate it!
