Thank you for this interview. I’m often fascinated hearing about others’ Kundalini awakenings because my own was quite surprising and disruptive. After seven + years, the energy is still quite active and I’m aware of its role in my spiritual path of profound healing and growing awareness.
Very interesting conversation! I'm wondering what an NDE would look like from the perspective of an enlightend person... does anybody know if there are accounts of this?
Interesting itw but I wonder why Kundalini is often cited in many talks but its process never really described. Although évident, its link to enlightenment is not mapped and this is lacking... I wish she would have been more precise and descriptive regarding her own K process as it seems it has completed or is close to being so...
Very well put about the personal and transcendental aspects.

There are also some cultlike aspects with Kundalini that are worth looking into. The whole phenomena of “guru”s Bhajan and Jagat are troublesome.
I wonder if some people who have certain mental health conditions, specifically manic episodes, are having some misdirected Kundalini energy?
Experts such as Gopi Krishna and Joan Harrigan do say that misdirected Kundalini energy can cause mental health problems.
