I loved this thank you so much. I just got back from a cacao mushroom ceremony. I held space for a lot of people and a lot of purging and transformation occured and release. Accept those thoughts, and ask them to come back after you've done this. Tell them to go on holidays 😉 time of for them, tell them they need it and you thankful them to be there the rest of the time. Most of the time it works, and just accept it when it don't. And come back to the exercice, each time who have to. With kindness for you, for them. Accept them as if they were your children playing next to you. Tell them before you start what you're going to do and that you need a time of. "This time is for me, please be quiet for 30 minutes human clock ⌚ and I'll be back to you after that. Thank you".
