Cave hollow park face carvings/ civil war petroglyphs

Was it ancient Native Americans or Civil War soldiers that made these petroglyphs and carvings in these rocks at this park? we may never know.

HI! 2:10 Hand --> Left, 'pulling' lower rock from where other 2 meet. so much moss growing, or Marks ... Nice.
2:17 OK, you don't see anything on Stone's surfaces to Right? White marks again, just stone type? and small holes [dotted] about? Curious of lower Rock by right arm. ... Don't forget about entrance way lower left corner of Rock[s].

i dont care about spray paint on buildings but to see it on rocks and trees just looks so trashy and disrespectful, especially on something historic. Shame
