They haven’t seen Craig’s B Team etiquette video at all. You don’t sit on the mats you sit on the bleachers and you stay in your section in the back. The pros are up front so no one gets hurt or mixes up on accident.

I will never get it to this day why they give out belts for nogi it's so dumb. Especially, seeing how gi and nogi are two different type of grappling arts. They never train gi, don't know how to tie the belts, it's just funny amd quit ridiculous. Just give out ranked rash guards. That would make more sense. Anyways still love the b-team but let's leave the belt traditions to the traditional jiu jitsu art... gi!

It’s symbolic regardless if you wear it… no difference
It's largely symbolic, and depending on the competition you need to give them a belt color, even if you never wear it.
That is how they always did it in Luta Livre.
