How about making a video for your Australian customers? We don’t have the same pcv set up as the American models and I’m stuck on what to do with the pcv part. At this point I’ll have to undo it all and revert back to stock and sell the aos so I can get to work!
Which part? We spent over 2 years developing this part and I assure you it is very effective at doing its job. It's a classic impact coaleser doing its job.
@@732ajay Neither an AOS nor a catch can is totally effective at removing all the oil & fuel mist, moisture, or other contaminants from the air running through them, so having multiple solutions in series cleans up the air more completely.
Yeah us Aussie models don’t have that connector so fucked if I know how to install it now. Think I’m going to send it back for a refund and get an iag aos with the rhd bracket
Man fuck plugging that hole under the intake manifold. I dropped that plastic piece and there is no possible way for me to get it. I'm so close to being done and then this happens
Can you confirm which install is for an 09 FXT? Instructions do not explain and neither does this video. I followed the 08 wrx install method but not sure if thats right. Also, there were no 5/8 or pcv hose in my kit so I had to go to the hardware shop and get some 😠
just an update to future buyers of this its 100 percent worthless if you even drive a tiny bit hard... gonna try to add some catch cans between the heads and the aos to try and fix this worthless pos 300 dollar product. im surprised they are still selling it with all the negative reviews it has... sadly i was stupid and didnt believe the negative reviews.
also been told by tuners this is useless and doesn't work anywhere near as good as a catch can, this has way too many connections as mentioned and is too hard for what it is, surely you can come up with something easier/more efficient for that price
+sportsmc3 well my tuner told me these bolt on kinda ones dont work You need a proper external oil catch Can that runs on its own like a crawford one for example not the ones that just screw where your oil cap would go You should still run a standard oil cap and the air oil seperator should be a different piece all together I have been running 210kwatw for years without one and no problems but ofcourse it wouldnt hurt Its much more necessary for higher power or track days Unfortunately its still going to cost at least 4-500 for a proper oil catch can set up
Luke Pas Yea, well the mishimoto system looks really nice so I may end up getting it, and this would be my first install of this kind (not mechanically inclined) so I would need someone with me in case I run into an issue. The problem I have now is the video from mishimoto went really fast, and they described the silicone hose setup for the first catch can in reverse, you need to install the hoses the way the video showed it lol

No tune needed.
oops there it is, damn it looks so fine but its out of my budget..... if i had an extra $260 id take it in a heart beat.
Do you make an air oil kit for the new 2015 wrx FA MOTOR ???
Would this fit a 2018 Outback as well?
Good question, It will not, it only fits on the turbo EJ models.
Does this fit on my 2013 wrx? Thanks grimspeed
It does Caleb, this kit is meant for the 08-14 WRX!
Any idea on connecting a catch can to go along with this AOS? I plan on running both. Suggestion on how to's?
What’s the point of that lol

Do you know if the Australian pcv set up is the same ? I’m struggling to find the “white and gray” connecter you speak of

@joku5150 SWEET! Hey shoot us an email and let us know the difference you experienced on the 2011!!!

Pcv part is different on 11 wrx.
Need help!
tune needed?
Don't forget to put on them zip ties.
Do you have to get a retune or us thus plug and play
Brian,
You will not need a re-tune for the AOS installation. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

+Luke Pas So what would be a good catch can setup for a 16 wrx? I am not paying over $500 for the mishimoto system. Thanks
