i can't even imagine having that many unread books, the most i've ever had in a tbr pile was like ten

From your TBR case, I recommend 1984 and Looking for Alibrandi by Melina Marchetta. Marchetta writes some good contemporary YA, though she has branched out and written some fantasy books that I have not yet read, but I will eventually. Anyway, I wish more people read her books. And 1984 is a classic and definitely people who like dystopians should give it a go.
this cheers me up because now I know I'm not the only one with a "messy" bookshelf (different heights and sizes of books and a mix of paperback/hardcover)
Finally someone who has Chris D' Lacey's books! I love the series but apparently not enough people have read it, love your bookshelf

9:44 I own it too! Got it at the Warner Bros. Studios in 2012. It was huge and heavy to take back in my suitcase, but I survived! Now it stands proudly on my shelf with my other HP movie books(incl. the one from the Tour and Film Wizardry) and other movie/animation books. The best artbook ever, in my opinion!

You should definitely read The Boy in the striped pyjamas by John Boyne! I'm reading it for English Literature class and I'm loving it!

Read the statistical probability of love at first sight! It's adorable, seriously, and it's one of my favourite YA books. Also it's quick to read, so you can finish it quickly. Also this lullaby by Sarah Dessen, iota just anything by her because she's a great YA author. Love your channel, keep it up! xx

Love your collection! I noticed that you only have the 1st and 4th book in the Wicked series. I have only read the first one so far, but I've heard you can read them seperate if you want to. But if you would like to read the whole series, don't forget 'A lion amongst men' and 'Son of a witch'!

You have two books on your TBR shelf I just read recently and were disappointed by the characters but entranced by the worlds, but that seems to be most the books I've picked lately.
I think you need another bookcase :D. Your TBR shelf scares me I try very hard not to buy more books than I have time to read so my own TBR pile currently consists of 7 or 8 books and I could never let it get over 10 without freaking out. My amazon wishlist though is in the hundreds :).
I love the wings series by Aprilynne Pike. It goes Wings, Spells, Illusions, and Destined. It's in my favorite series video.
You HAVE to read The Moral Instruments . Read them before reading the rest of The Infernal Devices. I think that you will enjoy TID (which I preferred to TMI) a lot more if you read TMI first.

Got The Snow Child last year and it was beautiful, a little slow but still phenomenal.
You need to read The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey as soon as possible! it was my favorite book that I've read in 2013. I even bought it in English and plan on rereading it this year.
And I've also read and enjoyed the Changeling by Philippa Gregory.

Blood Promise is book number 4 in the Vampire Academy Series, though, and Spirit Bound is number 5.

You could stack them horizontally. It makes more space and you don't have to hide your beautiful books by double stacking.
Percy Jackson series is amazing, im reading it right now and its so good! they're all fast reads

you should really keep reading the mortal instruments series! the second book is even better than the first

I keep commenting because there are so many I want you to read- this time it's the Percy Jackson and the Olympian series, at least the first one
Wow that's a lot of tbr books but I'm sure I probably have the same. My books are hidden in the garage. I need to get another book shelf. My kids have a shelf that us jam packed with books to be read. Love the color coordination but I'd have a hard time finding the books. Do you keep a list?

You should definitely read/review the Bloodlines series by Richelle Mead. It's a spinoff, but I love it even more than the Vampire Academy series.
I REALLY like the sort of rustic a bit messier look of your bookshelf's, they are not perfect and i think that adds a really nice quality too it!!! :))
You should definitley read the 'i am number four' series(lorian legacies) by pittacus lore. I have read the first four and am anxiously waiting for the fifth one to be out in august :)

Try using a bit of windex/paper towel to take off the pen mark. Just make sure the cover has some gloss in it so the windex doesn't soak through.
Unfortunately the cover is cloth with no gloss at all :( :( :(
Shadowland is the third book in the immortals series. Evermore is the first and Blue Moon is the second. I love the immortals series
I got House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski for Christmas and I've already read it. It's super awesome, weird and crazy and I can't wait to see what you think of it.
Also the rest of the Study series by Maria V. Synder is really good :)

You haven't read The Giver yet? It's perfect for a Readathon since you can read it in a day and it's an extremely amazing book. I've never met someone who hasn't loved it! One of my favorites :)
Did you read The Dark Hills Divide yet? It's so freaking good. It starts out slow but it's just amazing as you get into it. I'm reading the second book right now and it's also very good.

I organize my books by series its easier and it doesn't matter how it looks.....
I kind of want to separate my books by read/not read. Right now they're divided by YA and adult and then just in alphabetical by author.
You should read Every Day, Crewel and Origin! They are very good :)
