Thanks for the help. Starting my tear down on my 88 3500 that was in a similar accident soon. Where did you snag a core support? Parts truck or online? Have a feeling the 3500 will have a different fit than a standard 1500. It's a 454 gasser.

Price Plus shipping to you provided you are in the US should be about $110 . Or you can locate one at a yard. If you can go new it can save you from dealing with rusty fasteners as these trucks tend to do if they are not up kept. The Radiator core support it the same, your radiator is wider, but provisions for the 4.3 V-6, 5.0, 5.7, 7.4 V-8 are all there.
You may be at a good point to swap over to the newer style head lights, I did that on this truck, as lamp replacement it easier and the cost of these lights has come down significantly over time.

How much was this project not including paint, if you dont mind me asking. I recently wrecked my dad’s truck which he handed down to me and the damage looks incredibly similar. Loved the final product btw!

If you shop new parts the price breakdown looks like this: (From Ebay)
Grille $85-150
Bumper $100-200
Headlights/Parking Lights $80-$100
Hood $250-350 (Most cost is shipping)
Shopping used parts (Pull A Part or Craigslist or Facebook Market Place)
Grille $50-150
Bumper $40-150
Headlights/Parking Lights $40-100
Hood $75-200
Anywhere from $200-$500 in parts. If you have time to shop around, or find someone who is parting out a similar truck you can typically come off pretty good. The new light assemblies on ebay or amazon, I highly recommend, as the OEM units are typically going to need a polishing after the years of sun exposure. Paint depends on if you are matching back, or doing a complete repaint.
I painted this truck in Rustolem, it was about $75 for the paint, primer, thinners, ect. If you don't have a spray gun, you can do it with rattle cans.I have a video of a Pontiac that I did a paint repair with cans on, it came out pretty decent.

Sorry to hear about your accident, I used a hammer and dolley to work the fender lip straight and then worked the fender buckle.

Your fender needed shimmed to lift it in back
Good eye! That fender was in it's original position when I got the truck to make the repair. It was tweaked in the accident. The follow ups to this show the completed form. 👍

The bumper was provided by then owner, this was something he had custom made for his truck.
