Why do people think vibration is a bad thing? if you allow more relative motion in the motor mount vibration will be lowered but you are compromising acceleration time. It's not necessarily a bad thing it's just preference.

Hlo sir.. I got new jawa classic. I too felt low end torque at 2nd gear. Knocking. And loo loud chain noise. Confused either chain is loose? May be problems sort out after 1st or 2nd service. I loved watching this video.

I also love the fact that you still keep Mojo relevant in vlogs comparing to other tourers like Dominar because many riders ignore Mojo. Your review for 42 is absolutely to the point, that is why in city traffic i end up in higher revs in 1st gear than lugging in 2nd, yeah the lowest rpm torque is a bit weird and the thing is only gear 2 is weird, rest all gears seem to be okay. I am however not getting any false neutrals on mine, and the transmission on my bike has become smoother after riding first 600 kms. Anyways, have a good day. 😎

Hi strell. I heard due to just front disk break , the bike is proned to skidding. Can you check or tell me will this bike skid or any chances of risk. I am planning to buy this one. The knocking is happening because it has the same engine as the mahindra mojo. Having been a mojo owner, i didn't find the engine good. It has led me down several times by just dying without any reason apart from the knocking issue of course.
I experienced the same when I took my first test ride. Gears shifts are bit harder. Shoes/Boots are going to be your best friend. Also so many false neutrals. BTW, I have booked the same colour 😃
its not a travel bike to stand on dude, i get your point. but i think this one is meant to for normal people not for bikers. i'm i right? Like i don't travel more than 100 km a day or i don't travel with speed more than 60 kmph.
Gayatri Raghu,, i had experience of lots of bike under 2 lakh price,, but classic 350 is my favorite, i know overtaking on classic 350 on highway is not easy because of its speed 90km/hr,,but jawa has great advantage over power n torque,, but not have experience,, that's why,, not decide which should better in term of long ride with comfortable and better exhaust note🙂

Jawa does have some little bit rusting issue.same like royal enfield.but over days royal enfield rectified this issue by using premium paint in their classic models.put to be honest,enfield gets rusted much easily than jawa.but this can be avoided by using matte/glossy wax,cleaning,drying and ceramic coating.hope it helps.
Yeah.but to attract more customers,they do such things.later on they tune the engine in post production units to get along with the mileage and stuffs.
Dominar if you like cruising but you don't want high cruising then jawa....jawa vibrates much higher than dominar is what I felt ...this is just my opinion bro
And the main difference is dominars main focus is touring but you just want a classic bike with ability to cruise at 80 100 then jawa is your choice and top speed of this jawa is 125 is what I felt if you like to cruise without much vibes at speeds like 120 or 130 and dominar will go upto 160+ also as top speed that is the main difference
Abt the jerk at second gear u were talking., It's the clutch thing., Since it has no slipper (clutch) in its gear box u get that... It's a regular thing in every mid segment bike/ motorcycle..... Ur 650 has it....
Humble request keep the camera on a tripod or as still as possible, listening to a shaky camera makes the video unwatchable. Please see "Dino's Vault" videos , you will learn a lot. I came here to see the beauty of the bike "JAWA 42", but the shaky camera made me go away.
But looks too stationary, this style seems more natural and right into the moment than doing well tailored voice over as in Dino's videos. To each their own, I might say.

Been a month, this bike is showing rust, paint peeling off, meter vapours forming 2.3lac wasted.
