The EZ mount tuners are a great choice, no drilling is ideal. What I would have done is get all of the tuners on loosely, hold a ruler or some other straight edge up to the edges of the back of the tuners, and then tighten everything down all the way so they're straight as can be.

Ya i hear yah im a profectionist as well and made sure they were perfect
How does it stay in place without the plug or screw?
There's a spot on the back that digs in to the back of the headstock... that way when you tighten it it stays in place. Cheers -Ryan
Ibanez already has angled headstocks, no staggered pegs needed.
