Sir, I am looking for a module to work on my watershed using the MUSLE model. This involves preparing maps for soil parameters, landuse, etc. Please mention a source where I can find something detailed and helpful, to improve my understanding of each step.
You explain very well so, I was thinking if you have any courses available for this task on any platform.

Sorry, but I'm afraid I'm not familiar with anything that could help you with that.

Hello sir, I am taking your Coursera specialization class presently. I just want to know which would you recommend between digitizing from a base map and digitizing from an image of a map such as a jpeg. Thank you

It depends on how much detail each option has and the level of accuracy needed. Base maps are a good place to start, but if they don't have the features you need then consider working with a scanned image of a map.

Sir, I started taking your GIS course in Course era... and I am pretty much new to GIS mapping.... I have been trying to do vector map for a small portion in an Indian city.... But I am unable to choose the correct projection system,.... Every time I try adding a new feature class, ESRi says I cant edit because "Spatial reference does not match data frame"... Please suggest.... I am trying to map for Bengaluru, India (12.9716° N, 77.5946° E)

If you are tracing something using one of Esri's basemaps for reference, then try this: open a new map, add the basemap, then create a new feature class with the same coordinate system as the data frame (it should be web mercator) and trace your features. Once you are done, you can change the projection to the one you want (perhaps a UTM zone for your region) and then export that to a new feature class.

@@DonBoyes Hi... I am now able to add new feature classes. But, none of my changes are being saved... May I please know where I could possibly go wrong?
