Canada is sadly MISSING IN THE ACTION! Hello - we exist up here! 😀 Even Formula 1 comes here...we DO EXIST!
I'm so proud of the way he was raised ,
his mother and father., Grandparents etc..
More importantly hes done everything from sweep. The floors cut the grass sell popcorn selll programs.,tickets cleanup empty beer. Cans I mean Ben? Has been There? And done that
In NASCAR and it's only fitting. But he can now influence the direction that is great-grandfather wanted to sport to go..
Keep up the good work Ben
Should put the awards back on TV
I agree! Better to watch on tv than TH-cam later!
This is the future leader of NASCAR people. He is the successor to Jim France.
Worried about the weather determining the schedule but yet still having 330pm start times in the summertime. Smh
Yep, right when afternoon thunder storms arise.
They are definitely looking into Brazil. They have Nascar Brasil there now, and it's a huge motorsport market.
How can a race car driver transition so well to working in media? He does really really well!
Great interview, very informative
The Southern California market feels neglected. Should have never erased a 2 mile 200mph track.
As to the Pacific Northwest, We still "Back the Track" Don't let some narrow minded politicians cancel a track in Kitsap County, but the county is filling up fast with houses, as Seattle moves over to the other side of Puget Sound. Y'all might wanna look to Gray's Harbor County, specifically around Elma as a possible site (being a 'wet-sider' might have some bearing on my preferences) or down near Lewis or Clark counties. We want a local race to brag about. Monroe, north of Greater Seattle, might entice some Canadians to stop by for a weekend. It already has Evergreen Speedway, a 5/8ths-mile multi-use track, and Bellingham or Marysville could fill the gap between Canada's Vancouver and Seattle. We got places, we just need races!
Leaving from Michigan? I would think there would be a convoy of team haulers leaving North Carolina on or before the Michigan race weekend. (Safety in Numbers) Border crossing problems and travelling through a 3rd world country can be more challenging than in the USA. I raced or ran pit support for the Baja1000 for over 25 yrs. I know that things are different south of the border and unforeseen problems are part of doing business in Mexico.
Kinda hard as every thing need is in the haulers and even champion tire and Wheels with pit boxes and stuff can't leave until after Michigan
Mexico isn’t a 3rd world country
So why didn't you consider having a NASCAR race in Canada since you have so many fans and supporters up here?
Money.
There are fans in canadia without investing money.
There are more companies willing to spend for the relevance of their U.S.A. market focus.
As the other poster said, we Canadians are already hooked. We buy the merch, we travel to the races. They want to get new fans
Canada needs to build a great racetrack, and no on a road course!
Kevin - during the all star weekend see if NASCAR can do a Future Stars race where your son and Kyle Larson son and Bowyers son and others do a bandolero race or something like it
Keep in mind this is a NASCAR executive. "The energy in that place is palatable". So it tastes all right?

New York is hardly “the northeast” especially when one considers the cultural dynamics.
He’s saying without saying that population is more important than the demographics of the population that is more likely to become longterm committed fans. Granted, New England itself is “small,” and Loudon is just a couple hours from Boston but I’d just think from a marketing perspective that Boston, Providence, even Hartford are more of a void for fans versus NYC.
It be cool if the make Darlintong the championship race...i think darlintong its more exited than phoenix arizona
WHAT ABOUT AUTO CLUB SPEEDWAY
I can’t wait for him to take over. Jim is a dinosaur who is still in the 50s and 60s. That “its our playbox” mentality. NASCAR is nothing without the teams. Like Denny said if fans just want to see race cars ARCA would be sold out every race
Ben Kennedy Is Awesome
Ben Kennedy is the only good NASCAR executive
Agreed! Steve Phelps sounds like he has hope but he's just a mouthpiece for their BS narratives. Lots of used car salesman in over their head running a sport they have no understanding of. Boss Hogg would be better.
Unfortunately the US has plenty of parts of the country that would welcome and support nascar. Why in the world nascar would put the safety of the teams and their personnel in jeopardy is beyond my understanding. Mexico is one of the most corrupt and dangerous countries in the world. I would go there every year for decades until the cartels and the Mexican government made it too dangerous to continue.
NASCAR has become a joke. I never ever missed a race, and that includes Trucks and Xfinity. I watched practice, qualifying, and the race. I haven’t watched a race this year. I only check TH-cam.
So is nascar a joke for being able to change and try to grow? All say to this comment is that your braindead.
Your not making any sence bro💀😭
@@w2vkylebuschfan713 no she's ain't
First I predict that Christopher Bell will win this weekend at Atlanta and the championship in 2024
Does this ever get boring?
The real question is how he left this comment 15 hours ago when this was uploaded 1 hour ago.
