We are very lucky and Cowslip Workshops is only about 30 mins from us 🎉They are brilliant to visit and if you ever get the chance to come to Cornwall then they are a must visit! They have the most wonderful selection of fabric etc but also the most delicious tasting food in a glorious little cafe too! Enjoy the iron! It looks like a great purchase! Xx

Oh no, poor finger. I did the same thing only I drove myself to the ER. Got nine stitches. But, I did not bleed on the fabric! Amazing just how sharp those blades are.
I think your scarecrow cross stitch is looking amazing. So festive. And your autumn quilt will be so pretty. Although if I walked into a fabric shop I would head for pinks and purples, I absolutely love autumnal colors. I put my fall quilt on my bed in august, thank you Davina for permission to go autumn in august😁. (My first pink quilt just for me is currently a WIP.🤗)
