    Excellent demo and review. I have had my E8 for 2-3 years now and believe it was the best investment I have ever made. I was spending $10+ each day on lattes, some of which were not the best. I invested in a great Yeti coffee mug and now fill it with 3 x flat whites every morning and enjoy it at work until lunchtime. Anyone who visits my home is in awe at how pretty the coffee drinks are in a glass.

    Excellent demo. FYI - you can add the product (beverage) names to the icons. Go to the security setting then press the green /white gear, press the white arrow pointing to the right, select product name and select Active. Factory settings come as Inactive which in my opinion should show Active automatically. Then select the arrow pointing to the left three times to exit the program. You are now back to the main screen. (Ha Ha - It only took me six months of using my new E8 to find this option).

    Great review and thanks for getting me started with my Jura E8 that arrived on Saturday. I agree with you that the milk container should have come with the machine. Also, at $2300 it should have a touch screen instead of the side buttons - but these are small complaints and this thing makes awesome drinks!

    We have a Piano White E8 on order. Back order that is. In any case what I would like to know is, does the Piano White stay nice and fresh looking? Or does it stain? Should I switch my order to Chrome while I still have a chance? I just remember that I had white plastic electronics before that eventually yellowed. Maybe, I answered my own question. But I would appreciate input. Thanks

      Ours is the same white as it has always been. It’s as if we took it out of the box. Stays pretty and in my humble opinion white is more classic looking whereas chrome may be a bold choice. But it is quite simply the best coffee machine I’ve ever owned!!

      Basically what would be the main advantage of the S8 over the E8? Except the touch screen? I chose the E8 because of the price. The S8 was not reasonable as far as I am concerned. Looking at the comparison on the Jura website I read that the E8 could do more over the S8 so I was surprised about the price difference if the only big one is the touch screen.

For some its like 30 seconds and you have instant coffee...literally not worth it for me......for others seeking satisfaction then take longer and definatly consider a machine like this and achive total satisfaction..... Suppose I make a cappuccino in the morning, another in the afternoon and a Latte macchiato in the evening. These are all coffees with milk preparation. You would therefore have to perform milk system cleaning every time. Since Jura's cleaning tablets are expensive, I was wondering if you could also do a milk system cleaning in between with just water (of course with the cleaning container en watertube connected) and at the end of the day after the last cup of coffee do a 'full-milk-system-cleaning with Jura cleaning tablets'. Is that okay? Any suggestions?

    Hi Guys. What settings do you use for black coffee? I am only getting bitter coffee from this machine. My A1 was sooo much better. Regardless of the coffee, this is bitter. I changed grinder settings and coffee bean settings. 3 grinder setting and 3 bean etc...Always bitter And I was very disappointed to know this is Made in Portugal NOT SWITZERLAND. The grinder only has 6 settings which is really not good for a 2500 usd coffee machine.

    • @taekwon-do4life667
      @taekwon-do4life667 ปีที่แล้ว

      Miele, Nivona, Melitta are pretty much equal, cause there is the Eugster/Frismag brewing system inside. They are great, but they dont do same taste like Jura does. Ofc some ppl like them more. And they can be cleaned from inside, thich is more or less advantage(only if you do it regulary). If I would rate : I put Jura first, Nivona second, then Miele and then Militta Baritsa TS. (Militta only the Barista series). But they all doing pretty decent coffee.

  • @paulus4294
    @paulus4294 ปีที่แล้ว

    Obviously, when you get your hands on a Jura machine, the world of coffee extraction makes sense.
    The E8 is really a boon for all the coffee recipes it offers, its technology and its price that is really placed for this exceptional product !

  • @taekwon-do4life667
    @taekwon-do4life667 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    First of all : its a great and maybe best machine for the money. Yes its quite pricy. But its doing same quality of coffee and has same option, like the expensive J8 or z10 models. And Jura doing the best espresso. (Dont take the Ena4-8 series, they just have small 5-10g coffee pucks)
    Second : I would never use the Jura Cleaning or filter products. Simple Amazon milk cleaner, coffee oil cleaning tabs or different brands of filter are as good as Jura original products, but cost 1/4 of it.

      it’s great that you like it. I’m just saying that coffee is at its best when fresh roasted. Try a roaster near you or maybe one online. The difference is measurable. It will take your coffee experience to the next level. The Jura has a pressurized brew group which injects air into the brew to create false crema. Freshly roasted coffee has real crema as a result of the CO2 released from the beans. I
