For tightropes, I'll do a trick called 'ghosting'. Scroll your camara to your head (which you can see your leg but it's transparent), and go. No shiftlock needed.
Could be different for different people, but as a mobile player who has beaten insane towers, the best way to do mobile tightropes for me is to go in first person, look down and face roughly 45 degrees to the left. Then, very carefully move in the direction you need to go. Don't constantly move and probably don't jump. Just barely swipe and make sure you are perfectly on the tightrope. Also for the "as a mobile player who has beaten insane towers" i'm not trying to flex, i just want to say i have experience. I might upload a demo on my channel tomorrow if someone asks idk.

Small tip for mobile jtoh players: if you’re doing a tightrope you REALLY cant afford to mess up, instead of doing the turn 45° with shiftlock and pray method, you can go to settings and find “mobile Dpad”. Then you can just use the PC way of aligning in 1st person and pressing the forward button and adjusting when necessary. Thanks to the Dpad, you should be able to walk in a straight line.
another tip is switch your fps unlocker from 60 to 75 that basically changes roblox physics. if you now which fps is good for which scenario you can always switch. this might not be the best for timed obby's but it really does help a lot.
One thing about head hitters is that some are easier to do the following way 1: same setup as long jump 2: turn on shift lock when u are facing entirely the direction you are going 3: move forward when you no longer have anything above you This is how I do things like 2 or 3 stud stick out head hitters

my method is simple I press shift twice to center my cursor then I hold right click and jump on those 1 stud, this method is also very useful against quarter studs
Lol for wrap arounds I don't usually turn the camera because my camera turns as I move the joystick and it's rlly annoying ✋ So I just keep my finger there so that it can prevent it from turning the opposite direction I want it to👹
ThI ropes are very finicky for the longest time on mobile for me. But i did get use to the physics on rope on mobile. I manage to get good at the ropes on mobile thanks to the angles of the stick being possible for slight positioning. I do this on 3rd person mode with shift lock.
I find that people on both mobile and pc do stickouts (not 3 stud ofc) without turning their camera and i always think: How do they not fail 80% of the time
I don't agree completely on the head hitter, on some stixkout headhunters dunno what they are called you should turn to the side and then u shiftlock, if the headhittzr isn't too high it will be easier
how to tightrope, MY VERSION: go to first person turn on shiftlock (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) turn your camera up align that small vertical thing in the shiftlock logo inside the tightrope done!
Im a mobile player, so i'll share how to do tightropes on mobile 1. Dont use shiftlock. I find it harder 2. Dont go in first person 3. Move with your left hand thumb with your right hand thumb is jumping. Use your pointer finger and place it on the screen to disable the camera randomly turning.
i play on mobile too (atleast on jtoh bc my computer cant handle it for some reason), what i recommend for tightropes is spam jump and align your self to the middle of the tightrope over and over again until you reach the end of the platform

On the wraparound trick, for longer, and harder wraps, flick a bit at the end. This trick saved me tons of times

If its under 0.5 then this technique would not work.
I usually don't use shift lock for 1 studs, I feel it helps me with the angle of them.
