Infosys,TCS and the other IT services companies which file H1Bs are the real scammers here. These companies usually outsource High Paid IT development jobs and outsource them to other low labour countries like Philipines and India for a much lesser cost. In the process, usually a highly paid American worker is fired and a person from outside is brought in at a much lower cost. These scam IT service companies usually take projects from American companies and outsource them to low labour cost countries. These scammers usually take a major cut of the H1B employee's salary as well. Thats how they make their money and its in their interest to send these employees from India to the states because of the higher amount of cut money they will get when the employee starts earning in dollars(a higher value currency) compared to rupees. Its essentially a sophisticated slave trade. The solution as far as I can think is it to increase the wage level for these particular types of companies and make them match the salary of an American worker, which will make them think if they really want to send a employee on H1B visa to the states.
You should be more worried about illegal immigrants from South America. They are in much bigger numbers than H1B workers. The deportation of them alone will fix a lot of issues.
The ones on H1B tend to work on lower pay than local citizens. The consultancy companies are the ones that are getting fatter! They keep 20-35% of the pay and finders fee, majority that were brought in to replace major bank and financial institutions did not have the required skills, fake resumes and job history were created. Each companies make 10 applications for the same job thus increasing chances of getting a VISA to Indians. If this is curbed, then see how many Indians get jobs! The best will succeed anywhere, it’s the sub par that are scamming the system and yes they are less qualified than locals, say what you want but this is the truth.
@artbypragz you are misguided. Slavery never be part of ancient India culture which is older than 5000 years from today. Caste system was not really a slavery . Caste taken as profession but it not acceptable everywhere.
Its better for Tech Companies to shift to Germany ; China or India. No need to be in US. Work can be done from anywhere. Also all Doctors come Out. India has better Hopitals and Medical Facilities.
I am an Indian , I would be pissed if our jobs are being given to non Indians too . They are not being racist they want fairness.
Exactly

The government should stop, cancel and not offer any more H-1B Visa. It’s hurting Americans while benefiting Indians.
Hard work and talent wins in free market 😢
The govt won't do it. 100% sure.
@@ango586it’s just doesn’t win in India somehow 😂
@@ango586so why not create a free market in india? Why does talent and hardwork only happen in the US?

60 thousand h1b visas a year is not taking g American jobs???? what channels this????
New visas a year I think the number is 300k. There is also other visas like L-1A/B.
But 150k jobs are created every year. Why can't the Yankees take the other remaining jobs.

India only for resevation but America for deserved and merits... Thats the difference
America only has a history of 500 years of slavery but india has a history of 3500 years of slavery (religiously sanctioned caste system)

Germany and China don't want vast crowds of indians either.
