Yes they are very new I see a lot of new people thinking they're like 3-4 years old but they are a rookie group! They debuted February of last year
Would also HIGHLY recommend to watch:
- Their stage practice videos which is them singing live, no backing, while doing the choreo full out which is how they perform and shows how well trained they are
- Their pre-debut JYPN Qualifying videos that went viral; all of them are worth checking out, there's playlist for them or you can just look up like 'Nmixx pre-debut qualifying videos' and they'll come up
The sea creature themes are a reference to their fans, NSWER, particularly dolphins and whales. Since you're exploring GGs, I feel like you'd also like Itzy, who are in the same company. Itzy is confidence in music form.
