Looking good Jim. A lot of effort but will pay off quickly with the amount of time you will save travelling and the cost of the container as well. Also easier to work at odd times, early morning or late at night if you have a dedicated workspace.
My mate did same thing and got in trouble for not getting change of use planning permission- if you don’t live in listed or conservation area should be fine though
When doing carboot or charity shop stock buying, what do you feel is a good amount of £££ to bring with you. Normally I feel that £50 is a healthy amount but sometimes think that might actually not be enough and is quite feeble 🤔
@@NineDeadlyVenoms blimey, that's a fair chunk. If you were doing this on a part-time basis, I.e. only for weekends, what would be your personal recommendation for funds would you say?
£300 minimum and there’s two of us so it’s more than that, I don’t want to be in the situation where I find something and miss out on it as I’m short of cash
Looking good guys! make business more streamline for you for sure

Nice convertion Jim,, do you have 90 degree fire escape hinges on the window as it will open all the way for easy access in and out with stock,,
Yes they open all the way for easy access 👍

Not in a conservation area and not changing the use of the room as it’s still just a store 👍

If it's your full time living as it is for me then £300 at the very minimum.
