The host who is calling out the judges, Vice Ganda is also like K Brosas, a singer who is very funny. He performed with Lea Salonga in The Voice as a guest singer.

Yeah! Finally! They actually do a lot of impromptu performances in this show. There is one with Kyla & Vice Ganda (the blonde host), it was kinda like behind the scene. They entertained the crowd while in commercial break (the show is live by the way). I just can't remember the song.😂

TNT or tawag (call) ng tanghalan (stage or show) used to be a singing contest way back in the 60s or 70s. Now in this video, it's a segment of the show called It's Showtime. The hosts Vice Ganda (beauty) used to be a stand-up singer/comedian in comedy bars and Vhong Navarro is a dancer/singer/comedian/actor. The last dude at the end of the video is actually Korean Ryan Bang.
I don't watch Showtime, and this is one of the times I watched and saw this as it airs . Truly a gem

TNT or Tawag (call)ng( of )Tanghalan ( Stage)is a prestigious singing contest, as you know the Philippines has high standards in singing, this TNT contestants are really best of the best, its actually just a segment of a noontime show, they produced the best of the best singers in the Philippines; TNT Boys trio is just one of them… judges are respected icons of the industry and they do their job very well by following strict rules, if you join this contest, be prepared for the consequence, just a simple wrong note, when you go sharp or flat, or even just a half note, the hurados have very sharp hearing … they know this for sure and you get gonged! You’re out of the contest and its rather humiliating, because if you are gonged, you stop singing and thats it.
that is where TNT Boys got their name...they are a product of that variety show.
And all these versions are on the stop! So cool! You can see some looking at lyrics. 😎
