Beautiful photo's showing them as young children with those big hat's that they wore...the girl's grew into beautiful young women and Alexei was a handsome young boy...you can clearly see how much Nicholas and Alexandra loved each other and what a close family bond they had...RIP beautiful family 💜

Beautiful. There is no doubt that Nicolas and Alex loved each other.. In so they loved their children so much. Finally having a boy after the girls. I cannot imagine how much that weighed on Alexandria's heart knowing her blood line was the cause of his hemophilia..Thank you for sharing.

As a Serb, I'm grateful to the Holy Romanov family. It pains me with sorrow knowing their story.....it's soooo tragic yet they're now in Heaven. The Romanov story is emotionally overwhelming sometimes, at least for me. Вечнаја Памјат

_"The way of the Cross first; then joy and gladness"♥_ Somehow Nicholas understood that to know the most vital things of His King was through the door of unrighteous suffering. *They most genuinely serve the King of Resurrection and Restoration.* A King who according to His very words written long ago repeatedly in the bible promised to return to this Earth and restore a true Just & Righteous Government and on the very last "day" because of what He did, He will resurrect this family whole and complete and together to live our their true destiny under His rule. A day is soon on the Horizon when the true bells of Freedom will ring and you and I will dance in the Streets of Zion!
_(I am a first generation American. My father was a little boy living in S. Poland when the Nazi's showed up on his door step. At great personal cost they rose up and ran a part of the Jewish underground. He came from a very long line of devout Catholics; many in clergy. We now have a tree planted in Yed Vashem._

George V offered asylum to the Imperial Family after the October Revolution. George V wanted to give the Imperial Family residency at Balmoral, which is a private property of the British Royal Family. But, His Majesty was forced to rescind His offer by the British government, which felt that the presence of the Tsar and His family would be too controversial for the British. At that time, there was growing republican movement to do away with the British Monarchy altogether. George V reluctantly agreed. One wonders if he regretted his acquiescence to the British government because once His offer was withdrawn, it was a death sentence for the Imperial Family. No other European country would offer asylum to the Romanov Martyrs.

There are many families throughout history with horrific lives and endings!
This is but one family out of the multitudes! Why we do these things to each other...the only answer I could think of is hate....
but why? Did Nicholas do something that he should not have? Was Alexandria that careless of the country?
It is stated that Nicholas's mother Czarina Maria did not like her son's choice for a wife. Ah, Russian history.

I have read a lot about the Romanovs and find it deeply disturbing what happened to them, especially the children. However as horrible as their deaths were, ample opportunities presented themselves for this to be avoided. Most of their people starved while they lived in luxury. This is not how you care for the people you rule over. They were the richest family in the world. Nicholas could not countenance a constitutional monarchy. George the V also bears responsibility for withdrawing his support to rescue them. Nothing about the history of the Romanovs is clear but extremely complex.

    • @SC-gw8np
      @SC-gw8np ปีที่แล้ว

Most of their people did not starve, neither did they live in luxury. Russia’s population increased by 50 million in the 20 years of Tsar Nicholas II’s rule. The Romanovs were a simple and pious people. Don’t fall for Bolshevik lies.

Where are you? Why do you sit quietly and refuse service to your homeland?

      You are right.
But to be honest, Czar Nicholas II was not prepared to take on the role. It was surprising that his dad's former advisors did not work diligently on the sidelines to protect the Empire.
Leadership such as the late Saddam Hussein and Putin are needed to control the uprisings that always takes place.
However, both Saddam & Putin's critical mistakes were/are consumed by their enormous egos. As a result, they literally went mad (insane).
Czar Nicholas II was not strong, nor was he a strategist.
From my very limited research, I gathered the impression that he lived in an opulent glass bubble.
On another note, his daughter Anastasia did indeed survive. While Heads of State tried to protect her, by denying her birthright....They unconsciously ended the Romanovs' Empire for ever.
I have never researched a more far reaching tragedy in my life.p

Thank you for your poignant videos on the Royal Martyrs on their road from Earth to their own Golgotha and ultimate victory. I would like your opinion on something that is troubling me. There is a movement in the Roman Catholic church that has made the Emperor Karl a saint ( and I realize that all saints are not martyrs ) . From what I understand it's based on his devotion to Catholic teachings, customs [ ( a big emphasis is on before marriage, he and Princess Zita went to a Marian shrine and he asked her to be his wife in the idea that " they help each other get to heaven" ( which frankly and personally I found to be rather weird and pretentious, pardon me) ) ]. In addition, it is claimed that he too, was an excellent husband, father, soldier, ruler and " the only sovereign that had a fool proof plan for peace - I think that the Pope of the time helped in crafting the plan, but sadly all the other sovereigns rejected it. Also, their ordeal in trying to keep the Hungarian crown then exile and death in Madeira ( hardly like being imprisoned in Ekaterinaburg) is viewed as intense suffering and so forth.
However, in all of the history told in videos or films, he as a sovereign or peacemaker, let alone blessed is even mentioned- Kaiser Wilhelm is more emphasized when speaking of the opponent to Russia, France and Great Britain than Austria-Hungary. In addition he is seen as wanting a multi ethnic empire, yet I have never read of Austria-Hungary ever entertaining the notion of ceasing to blame ALL Serbs or Serbia for the actions of one lone anarchist, revolutionary, what have you- Gavrilo Princip. Logic would have dictated going to war against Italy as a whole ( or the particular Italian city state who claimed the citizenship of the anarchist that assassinated Empress Elisabeth (Sisi), the beloved wife of Austrian Emperor Joseph.
I personally think that the Romanov Royal Martyrs seen in Russia as Passion Bearers ie; willingly suffering for their land, their faith, their innocence persons like Christ, fits the bill of sainthood than Emperor Karl. What are your thoughts on this matter? How do the 2 families compare and differ? Your expertise in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
