Actually, the so-called spooky siren caught my attention the most, what beacons are fitted to the ambulance with the spooky siren, please? look like led but tiny and rotate!

Really enjoy your vids. Always excellent quality and and beautiful. Question not necessarily regarding this particular post but in general. Read quite often about the long delays in ambulance response times especially in Wales. When would it be appropriate to send the British Red Cross or St. John Ambulance? Recent story about a woman who had a still birth and waited 6 hours I believe. Thanks and will keep looking forward to your new posts.

Jake Could be a variety of different things. Might be an Incident Response Command vehicle or HART van, someone correct me if I'm wrong.
That is a Detection, Identification and Monitoring unit with the fire service. Used to detect hazardous substances and chemicals.
