  • This has been requested several times over the past few months and I think my LEGO organizing system is equally in a good place and also somewhat moving into a bad place at the same time. So perfect for showing you the good and bad and the constant evolution that is LEGO organizing! Hope you enjoy Part 2!
Remember, there is no right or wrong answer to organizing LEGO! There are countless ways that will work for every person as all our brains just organize information differently! It will take some trial and error to find the right system and it will be ever evolving!

If I were a Lego brick, I should like to be organised into ‘The Misfits’ drawer. Thank you. 🙏🏻 😌

Love the labels! Crazy how we all have slightly different name for similar part groups.

Totally! That really is interesting. Our brains are all wired a little differently!

love the categories, things make sense with connectors slopes. I've seperated the minfigs into three categories Pre-Modern, Modern, Space, So Pre-modern is anything that will fit Castle/Pirate/ older themes, Modern is anything that fits City, and Space is anything future like so Aliens, Robots, Space figures.
Also the orange ones look a lot like the harbor freight ones, which are $8 a piece, so half the price of the amazon, Though I had to wipe them down with vinegar to get out the Oil/car shop smell.

My storage system at the moment is very simple, lots and lots of ziploc bags. Definitely not efficient, i even lost a bag full of round 1 x 1 bricks recently and have no idea where it went. Eventually i would love to move to a more organized system with drawers and such, i just need to find the room to do it and find an affordable way to do it. I enjoyed seeing your organization.

Thanks Zath! Yeah it's a process and there are definitely affordable ways to do it, but space is such an issue for me, that spending money to maximize space was kinda just something I had to do here. But yes I still have lots of ziploc bags still.. I don't think you can escape bagging parts in some way altogether.

Seems like Lego makes an awful lot of pieces that are called "whatever those things are".
